Cabela's RV Park & Campground, Sidney, Nebraska

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Off-season here means no water at sites. Potable Water still available at dump station. Laundry clean, but only 2 of 4 dryers worked. Change machine broken, had to go to retail store to get change. OK for overnight stop, easy in and out. We camped at Cabela's RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Cow Creek Recreation Area, Pierre, South Dakota

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in late October. No other campers onsite. Nice wind break around the inland sites which was much needed at this time of year. We found one site we could angle in with tow attached. Some of the waterfront sites would have worked but too windy. We camped at Cow Creek Recreation Area in a Motorhome.

Prairie Pines Campground, Rantoul, Illinois

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Host waited after hours to guide us to a site that we could pull through. Excellent service. Lovely wooded, green sites. Appears to be an old mobile home park converted to city park. Long sites. I needed to wash clothes. Small, clean laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Low price to wash, but bring quarters as no way to get change on site. We camped at Prairie Pines Campground in a Motorhome.

McKinney Falls State Park, Austin, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

I was shocked by the additional fees required to camp included $6 per person per day and $5 per day for our car trailer made our total cost per night $41 for a site with no sewer and no senior discount. Quiet park with shaded roads and paths for biking or hiking. Waterfalls were beautiful and swimming is allowed there. Great location for visiting Austin, but pricey for a State Park. We camped at McKinney Falls State Park in a Motorhome.

Bull Creek Fish Camp, Bunnell, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in a 42' motorhome on site 20 and were able to park and stay connected to our 20' trailer. Water is hard and water pressure variable, but tends to be low in the mornings. This is a beautiful camping area with amazing wildlife. Can launch your kayak from your campsite. We camped at Bull Creek Fish Camp in a Motorhome.

Large wooded lots. Plenty of room for our 66' rig with trailer. County Roads into the park have low limbs, but we were able to get under them. We camped at James Island County Park in a Motorhome.

Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park, Lake Delton, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Plenty of room for our 42' motorhome with 24' trailer attached. Our site was level, spacious and easy to maneuver into. This is a lovely, shady, peaceful campground - close enough to the many nearby attractions without the traffic and noise. We enjoyed our weeklong stay here and plan to return for another stay when we are through this area again. Very clean laundry at good price. Lots of nice, friendly folks here - be sure to join them for Sunday Game night. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.
