Nice small campground in the pines. Not much to do. Couple of short hikes to waterfall into pothole sinkhole, which varies according to rainfall. There is a lake which has a small swimming beach. Nice picnic areas. No sewer, no wifi, cell 1-2 bars on ATT. Site itself (8) nicely situated, backing up to woods. Plenty long enough for 36ft MH and jeep. Chipley closest town, lots of fast food and a Walmart. Nice area just to relax in th e woods.

Second stay here during season. Come here to meet friends in area. Last year site was very tight and in a section too close to dump and trash. Decided to try once more and we had a better site in a different section. Sites still tight and was told that previously site had been under 6 inches of water. Fortunately no rain this time. This CG almost all returning seasonals. So all know each other and can be quite clannish. Very dog friendly, with lots of dog bag stations. Hookups very convenient, no trouble leveling. Except for shopping and eating out, not so much in area to do.

This is a wonderful county park. Lots of out of town folks here for the entire winter season and fills up early! Lots of Canadians, my hubby jokes that one whole section is the French Quarter. In fact they post notices in English and French. People here are mostly friendly, but many have been coming for 20 years and they have their groups. Many sites are on the lake. Not all have sewer. Large dump station. Most sites have nice spacing, a few are fairly close to each other. Dog friendly. Area has lots of things to do, with lots of restaurants. We have stayed many times (longest 2 weeks) and won't hesitate to stay again.

Such a pretty campground and the most space between sites we have seen. Pull through site exceptionally long, we could have put 2 MH in it! Quiet. Lots of shade. Some nice hiking trails, dog friendly. The boat ride area is very pretty, also dog friendly with some very nice walking trails. Dogs can't do boat ride. Hookups good and convenient. Ocala very close, so lots of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nicely maintained. Good hookups. Spacious sites in the trees. No problem maneuvering our 36 ft MH. Nice trails fronting river, which our dog enjoyed. Pretty river, boat launch and lots of kayakers. Not much around, but nice for a getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay at this large and well maintained park. Lots of level sites for larger rigs. Lots of smaller RVs, pop ups and tents also. Nice pool, playground. Lots of shade, forest. Hiking trail to river with falls and flume. Dog hiking trail and small dog park. Good hookups. Wifi fair, but no ATT cell. Rained all day one day. Not really muddy. More like wet sand. Close to Whiteface Mtn drive and not far from Lake Placid. One of the nicest KOAs we've been to.

Nice base for exploring the area. Very clean, good hookups, free WiFi that works. Gravel/grass. We had a great site I-2. Lots of room, shade and a large front yard. This is a large campground with lots of seasonal sites. Everyone friendly. Busy and lots of traffic on the weekends. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't say enough nice about new owners. Very friendly. Previous owners had placed us in a spot that was too small and had 30 amp, no sewer. The new owners upgraded us to large site with full hookups and 50 amp: without additional charge! Plenty of room, setting is rural and about 25 miles from Cooperstown. Very quiet, even though they were mostly full. Lots of room to walk pets. Unfenced dog area. Owners had even mowed additional paths for pet walking. Be aware, pool under rehab. Water had bad taste. We had to throw out ice and flush tank after we left.

Large campground on the side of a large hill. Lots of permanently situated RVs. All seemed to be well taken care of. Weekend was very busy and most if not all spaces full. Pool looked nice. Lots of open area for walking dogs, but definitely up and down! Charged extra to run AC!! Supposed to have 50 amp, but wound up with 30, which we made work as the office staff seemed a bit over whelmed. Electric and water ok, wifi not much. Had some difficulty with leveling. Thank goodness someone had left a homemade step. We needed it to get in and out.

This is a mobile home park, with sites set up on pavement for transients. No shade. Parallel parking. Power was good, water fine. Wifi was pretty good. Really nice large grassy areas for dog walking. Nicely located to explore Philly about an hour or more away. Valley Forge was a nice trip also.
