Homolovi Ruins State Park, Winslow, Arizona

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

When you need to stand "on the corner" and then need a spot to camp this is it. IOpen sites with concrete pad. Electric to beat the desert heat. What else is needed? Oh yeah a pump out on the way out perfect. Nothing atypical of a state facility, distant to the highway so no noise. We did not take the time to tour the historical site we were under a bit of a time crunch. We camped at Homolovi Ruins State Park in a Truck Camper.

Great stop on the Cassiar. Firewood delivered to your spot when campground fee is collected. Would use again. Like every other Provincial campground--wonderful! We camped at Kinaskan Lake Provincial Park in a Truck Camper.

Congdon Creek Campground (Yukon Government), Destruction Bay, Yukon

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

One of our favorite spots! A must stop when in the YT. Like all Provincial campgrounds; maintained and plenty of tp in the privy. Some campsites are next to Lake Kluane.

Lot spacing is spacious with a sunny/open exposure. Site surface is gravel featuring a fire ring and picnic table. Clean restrooms and showers. We camped at Congdon Creek Campground (Yukon Government) in a Truck Camper.
