Wonderful quite park. We loved it so much we bought a seasonal for next year. This place is a great place tucked away in the woods. We were able to get our 40' 5th wheel in without a problem. There is no internet or cable... just the way we like it. The staff is nice and the place is well taken care of. Sites are large and grassy. Wonderful place we stumbled upon and can't wait for next year.

If it is the view of the ocean you are looking for, then there is no better. Our site was right there overlooking the ocean. Even though this place is right on A1A, it is quiet at night, The downfall?? You are packed in like sardines. They have the oceanfront sites set up that you and your neighbor are looking right at each other and sharing space. Great if you are camping with friends, but if not, then hopefully you have someone next to you that shows the same respect as you do in the space issue. The sites are not level so it might take a little time to level your RV. Bottom line: don't come here if you want to just hang out on your site. Come here for the view.

This campground brags about their rating with Woodall/Good Sam. Well they must have paid for that rating because it just doesn't match. This park is not one of the top parks in the country; we stay at enough of them to know. We paid premium prices and they stuck us in the back of the park. My view out my front door is the maintenance area where all day long they are running equipment and making all sorts of noise. I usually love to sit outside but the view of all the junk makes me sit inside. If this was the only site available, then fine but this park is only half full. There are a lot of permanent residents. Some keep their sites nice other do not. The one behind us prevents us from opening our back blinds since the view is all their junk. RVers beware. The cost of this park isn't worth it by a long shot. On the only one good note I could find, the pool was nice.

The only thing that this campground lacks in cable. The Wi-Fi is the best I have ever experienced while traveling... and it's free. There are exotic birds here that at 10 AM the lady comes out to teach you about them and lets you hold them. There are also monkeys... it's like having your own private mini-zoo. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. At night the island becomes very quiet. We are returning in April.

This is not a campground! These site are privately owned and decorated/designed by each owner. We stayed at lot 6 which was the most beautiful site we have ever stayed at. It truly was paradise. It had it's own Tiki hut that came with a deck over a lagoon, furniture, dishwasher, sink, fridge and TV. I never wanted to leave. It seems though, that there are two companies that rent these sites out on the owner's behalf. Both operate through similarly named websites. Seems one doesn't care for the other because on one they warned you about the other. I rented through one, not knowing there were two options at the time. Our stay was fantastic. They directed us to our site and got us in like pro's and were warm friendly people. The only thing I would say is if one company doesn't have what you want then try the other. I am not big on advertising one persons bad experience, especially since you only get one side of the story. All in all, this was a great place to stay while enjoying the Keys. If you can swallow the high price, you won't regret it.

Older park in a very busy part of town. Staff was very friendly but sites were small, internet you had to pay for and it wasn't all that great. A lot of permanent sites. Roads are EXTREMELY narrow so getting in and out can be tricky. A lot of road noise 24/7. If you just need a stop over, this is fine but definitely not a destination. As in being in a bad part of town, I don't judge by the "ethnicity" of my neighbors. I walked a few blocks to get my nails done and everything seemed fine to me.

Fantastic place. It is so quiet here you could hear a pin drop. The sites are privately owned and rented out. They are some of the best we stayed at. There really isn't any Wi-Fi or at least spotty. This is not a "Family" campground which appealed to my husband and I. Clean, Quiet and Affordable... what else can you ask for?

If it is the beach access you are looking for, then this is the place. The ocean is right in your back yard. Although they keep the park clean, the roads are rough and narrow. There are a lot of permanent sites. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly. One thing I did not like is that during business hours the staff is around the park but once the office is closed everyone seems to go home. We had neighbors making noise until 4 in the morning. It started at 10:00 so had they at least monitored once after quiet hours they would have known of this problem. But there is no one that I could ever see after 6 pm. Also, if you are at the back of the park, you can forget about the Wi-Fi. It doesn't work there.

Nice shady sites. Pretty lake with paddle boats. We only stayed here overnight. You are right on the interstate so you do have noise but it is a great easy stop.

People were really nice. You could tell this was a KOA at one time. The sites were small but OK. They just built a new building and I hope they continue with the improvements because they need to. The long term residents need to clean up there sites. One actually had a house recliner sitting in front of the Pop-up along with some other trashy looking stuff. Most of the long term residents sites are SUPER trashy. There really isn't much else in the Atlanta area so it works for a quick overnight stay.

I have stayed here before. It is always a stop over. They have a lot going for them with the lake, etc. BUT there are cottages farther back in the park which have people living in them, so early morning traffic going by your RV is extensive. Also this time when we pulled into our site, there were 4 piles of dog waste we had to avoid while setting up. Because of these things, I rated this low. The dog waste alone is unacceptable. They should be checking the sites.

Wonderful, clean, quiet RV park. Away from the traffic and noise. Sites were wide, road were wide and easy to get in and out of your site without having to worry. Everything was new and clean. These wasn't one thing I could say negative about it.

Date of Stay:

It is close to traffic so you do get some noise. Sites are nice and shaded. Nice and wide for larger RV's. One thing I didn't like was the internet. For one, you got one code. So if you and your mate has a computer, one of you will have to pay for it. Second, the connection was weak & slow. When we did ask about getting a second code, they told us it was one per day. So everyday you have to go up to the office to get another code. That was a pain. Plus it stinks to pay for a connection that doesn't work very well.

Nice campground away from traffic so it was nice and quiet. There was a pretty lake on the property. Sites were roomy and Internet was great which is important to my husband and I. A great location when if comes to site seeing also.

A nice little campground but not very good for big rigs. We have a 40' fifth wheel with 4 slides. They placed us on a very narrow site. We were able to put our slides out but not much more room. Another RV came in right next to us and put there slide outs out. Between ours and theirs, there was less then 4" between us. Talking about reach out and touching someone. The cable was not very good and had bad reception. We did notice there were some sites not so narrow and could not understand why they would put us where they did. We stayed here for 3 nights so it wasn't just an over night where they put you where they can.
