Ashland City RV Park (Kreher Park), Ashland, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a self pay city park, checks or cash. Small, narrow roads on Chequamenon Bay. A little sandy beach but not for swimming. We had a good sunset view of the water. Easy walk to town, two blocks, to a local family restaurant, pizza store, Dairy Queen, local convenience store. Big storm day or two before we arrived and many trees were down around town and one near our site. We camped at Ashland City RV Park (Kreher Park) in a Motorhome.

Oasis Campground and Waterpark (formerly Hancock/ Stevens Pt South KOA, Hancock, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

We only stayed one night. The sites are level and spacious with a few trees. . We were almost directly across from the dog park which was clean and spacious also. That is a big draw for us so we were happy to see it. We did not see or use the pool due to the rain. They gave (train) type rides for the kids and (adults). Cute. I walked the dogs in the morning in the large field behind the dog park. They have a very small store in the registration building. They picked up your trash if you placed it out in front of your site. We camped at Oasis Campground and Waterpark (formerly Hancock/ Stevens Pt South KOA in a Motorhome.

Highland RV Park, Spooner, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We stopped here "on a whim" which is how we traveled on this vacation. They had one available daily site. The other daily site was reserved. Yes, it is a long-term campground located on Cyclone Lake. Very friendly campers. The owners could not have been more helpful. Peaceful and quiet two days during the week. We camped at Highland RV Park in a Motorhome.
