Ashland City RV Park (Kreher Park), Ashland, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We love this park because we usually get a site facing Lake Superior! Tv no good, internet slow. No sewer. However great bike path circles town. Wal-Mart on bike path. Lots of restaurants. Some sites uneven. We still love it! We camped at Ashland City RV Park (Kreher Park) in a Motorhome.

Klint Safford Memorial RV Park (The Iron River RV Park), Iron River, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Have stayed here at least 4 times. Beautiful park! Only reason for 3 stars on cleanliness is: drove in and first thing we saw was host site with two lines of laundry hanging, uneven stacks of lumber, just kind of junky looking. So surprising. Great bike path. Only interruption in quiet is an atv path behind sites that only got much use in evening and weekend. Lots of cable tv channels. However our cable box didn't work. Had to use a splitter and use site next door. The office attendant said nothing was wrong. Wi-Fi. available. Host needs to straighten out his "stuff"! We camped at Klint Safford Memorial RV Park (The Iron River RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Small town, some businesses boarded up like many small towns. Great grocery stores. One new market and an older Jubilee with good service and great price on steaks. Bike paths around town. Colonel Sanders across street. McDonald's down the block. Golf course which we didn't get a chance to play.

Junipers Reservoir RV Resort, Lakeview, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

We love this park! Originally going to stay 1 day but added a day to to enjoy. Wouldn't call it a resort but if you like peaceful surroundings, no noise, dark skies, this is the place for you! We stayed in site w/o sewer (already empty) and we were almost alone. Sites are gravel with plenty of roomfor slides and awnings. Dry because of drought conditions but still lovely. Complaints about road in? Follow the speed posted and you'll have no problem. We've been on worse highways during our 4 months on the road. Shower rooms and laundry very clean. We will definitely come back anytime we are in area. We camped at Junipers Reservoir RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Collier Memorial State Park, Chiloquin, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Our stay at the park was marred by the fact that we checked the available sites on the window of the entry kiosk. Listed 2 available. We couldn't fit in one so moved to the other. Set up, relaxing with a scrabble game. Knock on the door and host asked if we have reservation. Told him we parked in available site. Seems like someone failed to change the note on the kiosk and we had to move immediately. People were waiting behind us to get in their site. Not host fault. . Just the person not doing job changing sites availability. Be aware. This park is bone dry as is most of this area of oregon. Dust and pine needles thick. Stayed one night. Won't be back. We camped at Collier Memorial State Park in a Motorhome.

Ashley Inn, Tillamook, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

Don't be put off by the fact that this is behind a hotel. We called and were told no reservations needed. Pull in, choose a site, get hooked up and tell front desk where you are parked. The sites are concrete and level. Close, but a little grass between each site. Enough roomfor slides and awnings. Back in sites and pull thru. We used a back in but noticed long pull thru being used by trucks with long 5th wheels. Local TV and excellent wifi. Have stayed here before and will again when through this area. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The Tillamook factory is not far and offers interesting tours. A nice little golf course is within walking distance if you want to walk down the highway. We were able to walk over to big Fred Myers store across untrafficked side road.

Lewis & Clark Golf & RV Park, Astoria, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

When we made our reservations we were told only 20 amp site available. When we arrived a full-service site was available. Park is top quality. Clean, flowers and wi-fi excellent the first night. Had to move for the next 3 nights to a beautiful pull-in site with view of golf course. Wi-fi iffy at the new site. Over the air tv - 8 or 9 channels. Verizon service excellent. Only negative for us was golf course. Mats for greens, some holes in grass same as fairways. Really shouldn't advertise as a golf course. Would stay here again. We just wouldn't plan on playing golf. We camped at Lewis & Clark Golf & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Blue Anchor RV Park, Osburn, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

I guess there is new management. Seems to be in a state of flux. Building new cabins. Sites close, good cable and excellent wifi.

Tried to use shower. No hot water. Told manager and he said it wasn't working. Suggested putting up a sign before we got undressed! We camped at Blue Anchor RV Park in a Motorhome.

Indian Creek Campground, Deer Lodge, Montana

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed one night while traveling across state. All right for our purpose. Sites close. Each site has grass between. Area clean. Cable $3.00 extra but worked well. Wi-Fi slow. Verizon service good. Some highway noise but didn't keep us awake. Would stay here again. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Osens RV Park & Campground, Livingston, Montana

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

We are traveling the country for 4 months. Contrary to other reviews we didn't find the rules any different than any other well maintained rv park. Good sized dog run fenced, grassy and clean.

Almost new machines in clean laundry. Our site (c1) faced trees and grassy lawn. Our dealing with management was pleasant. Wi-fi excellent in our site. Phone reception (Verizon ) was good..will definitely stay here again. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.
