Forrest W. "Bo" Wood COE, Sullivan, Illinois

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

First stay at this park and we were very well pleased. We did not have reservations but arriving on a Monday we had plenty of sites to choose from. There are both shaded and sunny sites. We did notice the next day as we drove through all the loops that many sites were already reserved for the upcoming weekend and the following Labor Day weekend. The sites were large and there was ample space between sites. The park is very quiet, peaceful and great for outdoor enthusiasts. We camped at Forrest W. "Bo" Wood COE in a Motorhome.

Visit the local bakery in Sullivan, then stop in Arthur for freshly made pie. Make the route on to Arcola for shopping. Beautiful Amish country side so slow down and enjoy the ride.

West Lake Park, Park Terrace Campground, Davenport, Iowa

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We stay in this Scott County park at least once per year with our grandkids. This campground is used mainly by local families for weekend staycations so the grandkids make new friends each stay. It is well patrolled by county park rangers. Due to the location of sewer and water hookups you may need extra hoses Camping World is right down the street if you need to pick up additional hoses. Walking trails are fun, multiple playgrounds, lots of room to roam, explore and discover. We camped at West Lake Park, Park Terrace Campground in a Motorhome.

Sunrise RV Park, Kingman, Arizona

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

First night $18 Passport America rate. Second night discounted to $30. Very convenient to I-40. We stayed on site farthest from the interstate so highway noise was not an issue for us. Campground staff was super friendly and helpful. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Motorhome.
