We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It is a state park so we got what we thought we would, a campsite on Lake Michigan. Our site backed to the small dunes that lead out to the lake. Good size sites and fairly level. Nice trails from the back of the sites to the lake. Our site was across from the community water spigot, so between me and a friend in their trailer we had more than enough hose to keep our tanks filled for the weekend. We didn't use any of the bath houses so I can't say how good or bad they were.

Another nice weekend! This is our 6th year going for Labor Day weekend. We had our regular lake front site. Very clean campground with lots to do for everyone. All hookups were perfect. Pool was nice, and warm. Kids had a blast as usual. We will be back again next year.

We stayed here the end of July. Nicely laid out about 2 1/2 miles from downtown Dells so it is a very quiet setting. We had site #43 which had a wood deck. Hookups were in good shape, except for some reason they like to have the sewer hookups 12 inches above the ground! Lots of shade trees. We`ve stayed in a lot of Dells area campgrounds and this one is by far the nicest we have stayed at! The bathrooms were exceptional. The pool area was nice and the pool was heated. They have some nice hiking trails in the woods that go back to the Wisconsin River and down to the waters edge. We were very happy with the campground and will be back next year.

I chose this campground based on the proximity to Mt Airy. The campground is located off a frontage road off of I-74. You need to watch for the sign for the campground. The road looks like a driveway to a house. The road is long, winding and steep near the back of the campground! The campground is very family friendly and clean. We had a site at the back of the campground on a small lake/pond. A little on the tight side getting to it and backing in for our 35 foot TT, but was doable. Hookups were all in good shape. They have 3 heated pools, 2 are public, and one is for campers only. They also have a Zip Line. Perfect spot for seeing Mt Airy and Pilot Mountain. I rated it a 7 based on the road into the campground. I would go back again if in the area!

We stayed here for a quick overnight. Easy to get to right off the Interstate. Our site was a pull through that was just barely long enough for our 55 feet of TT and truck. It was level and all hookups worked great. Cable worked good and had plenty of channels. WiFi worked decent at our site. Pool area was clean as was the entire campground. Nice KOA for an overnight. I would stay again if passing through.

We stayed here the week after the 4th of July. Very nice campground. We chose this campground based on other reviews and the pool/lazy river area. We have a beach front site (#854), the hookups were in the middle of the back of our site with the sewer off to the side, and they were all in good working order. our trailer awning was facing away from the ocean, which is good for the wind. Our slideout with the dinette was facing the ocean, so we had beautiful views of the sunrise and ocean out our window! I recommend this setup. The pool and lazy river were all very nice. We rented a golf cart, which we enjoyed driving in the nightly golf cart parade. With that, if you don`t like noise don`t get an ocean front site! the parade goes from around 9-11 at night. They do stop it promptly at 11 and within minutes there is not one golf cart around. Golf carts have to be parked at 11! We could also sit behind our trailer and watch the parade which is just as much fun as driving in it. And of course the beach, they have beach access points every few hundred feet for easy access. We highly recommend this campground.

Well we came back after a 6 year break. No real reason other than we go to other places. This was Memorial Day weekend 2014. We had a full hook up site which was large and hand plenty of shade. The hookups were in good shape and the water pressure was excellent! Back in 2007 I gave this campground a "10" butl I can`t do that this time. A few reasons: the pool was green on Friday afternoon, which kind of shocked me because the owner took pride in his pool area. By Saturday the pool was cleared up, but was freezing. It was not anywhere near ready for the opening weekend. Then there was the issue of dogs running around unleashed! The family next to us had 3 dogs all not leashed. The guy 3 sites over also had a dog not leashed, that one came down to our site and crapped by us. We complained to the campground owner, but they didn't seem to care as they never came over to say anything and the same thing happened the next day. Our friends were in the site next to us and even their neighbors had a dog that wasn't leashed and running around their site! I did not expect this at this, what I thought was, a well run campground! And finally, golf carts! Way to many for this smaller campground. There was no real reason to have them here. I`m not against golf carts, but the size of this campground does not necessitate a golf cart. Not sure I would recommend this campground at this time due to the issues we ran into. Hopefully he gets it straightened out.

We stayed here again for Columbus Day weekend (Halloween weekend). Great time as usual. Excellent haunted house and Halloween activities. Always lots to do for young and old. The golf carts seemed to be more controlled this year, maybe they took everyone's advice. They even stop all vehicle traffic (including golf carts) during trick or treat time, and it`s enforced! We are already booked for next year. Can`t wait!

Very nice campground with paved roads, perfect for bike riding. We had a lakefront site on the main lake, very level and grassy. Electric was good. Large heated pool and nice mini golf. This year was our 4th year and we will be back again next year. Always a great and relaxing time. Access at back of campground to the Rock River and a dirt, bike/golf cart trail. Also boat launch access.

We stayed here again the end of July. We were here last year too at the same time (see review immediately below). This time we were on the lake side of the campground. This side is extremely tight! Hookups were good. The only issue is the dump station is in the other campground on the other side of the highway, kind of a pain to drag the gray water tote across the highway. The area is all sand, so you better love sand if your in the area. Lots to do in the area, and the town is within walking distance from the campground. For the price it was a decent stay.

We stayed at this park on our way back from Cedar Point to stop in and check out the RV/MH Museum in Elkhart. We arrived on Thursday and the park was empty and quiet. We had a pull through which was OK, but nothing special. The pools were chilly, but warmer than other pools we`ve been in. Overall everything was taken care of. This park just didn`t have the OHH, AHH that others talk about. I would probably not stay again, only because it didn`t have that warm feeling I get from nicer campgrounds.

Absolutely the best campground/Resort we`ve stayed at. I will say this place is nicer than Fort Wilderness!!! We stayed in the Lighthouse Point section the week after the 4th. The pull throughs required absolutely no leveling, just drop the jacks and your done. Perfect setting with views and sounds of the Roller Coasters and other rides. Hookups were perfect and cable worked great with at least 60-70 stations. If there is anything negative to say, it is that the check in is very slow, and the camp store doesn`t offer much for the RV`er. They offer very little in the way of food and more souveniers, but that is all forgotten after 5 minutes in the campground. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. Upon arrival this looks like a beautiful campground. When you pull in everything is well taken care of perfect. The only downside are the sites. They could use some attention. They are all gravel which is no problem, but the grass is half weeds and just looks run down. Hookups were OK and had no issues. If they spend some money on the sites and make them look more appealing, this place would be perfect. They just need some attention to detail throughout the park. I would stay here again.

This campground is OK. I have great memories of staying here when I was a kid. We were here back in 05. And I don't remember the highway noise being as bad as it was! The full hookup sites are somewhat tight, but being at an angle your door opens to the areas behind the RV's which is a very open "common" area and are kind of private. The kiddie water play area is nice for younger kids and the the water slide and pool will hold the older kids over till you go to the big water parks in town. Sites are fairly level, with mine requiring about 2" of boards under my tires to level. Hookups were good and worked great. All in all, a nice kid oriented campground close to all the Dells attractions.

We were here for Memorial Day weekend. Very nice campground located right on the Wisconsin River. We had a River front site which was really just a slough leading to the river, still nice though. Most of the campground is paved which keeps the dust down. They have a very nice lodge with a bar and small game room. The owners have put a lot of money into the campground and it shows. Nice newer heated pool with kiddie splash area. And newer shower/bathhouse up front. They also offer canoe/kayak/tube livery service. So no need to get back in your car once you're there. Very close to House On The Rock, and downtown Springreen is very nice. We would definitely go back again.
