Oakdale KOA, Oakdale, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here overnight in Sept, 2006 in a Travel Trailer. Everything was perfect except for some mud puddles that you couldn't avoid driving through. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Oakdale KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Kansas City East Trailside RV Park, Grain Valley, Missouri

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

We were assigned a down-hill pull-thru site where we couldn't possibly make level without un-hooking the TV. We specifically reserved a pull-thru site where we wouldn't have to unhook overnight two months in advance. We were very disappointed. There were many permanent campsites and they are too narrow. Also it was too noisy next to the interstate. We camped at Kansas City East Trailside RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Elkhorn Campground, Frankfort, Kentucky

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

This is a real nice place and makes a good base to tour the Frankfort area. We highly recommend the free factory tour at the Buffalo Trace Distillery. You can learn a lot about how they make Bourbon there. We had a concrete base and a wooden deck. We camped at Elkhorn Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice RV Park. Sites are pretty level and some have shade trees. Would have rated a "10" if the restrooms and showers were installed. They may be added later. We would definitely camp here again. Camped here for a week. We camped at Canyon Motel & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
