Since the last review was so dated, I thought it could use a more recent one. I was told this CG is under recent new ownership and the new owners were very pleasant and accommodating and seem very enthusiastic about the place. It is a nice place, wide open, clean and bright. We stayed there due to it being so close to the Polar Caves...and glad we did. Our stay was just recently (Fall), so we didn't get to use the pool. Overall it was decent and we would stay again.

Very nice, well kept campground in a great spot. We stayed here to take our kids to Storyland, since it is so close and we really liked it...we will definitely stay again. It has a nice little playground for the kids in a wide open area. The campground is very well kept and has beautiful views. We had an end site which was HUGE on one side and accommodated our 41' pusher and tow vehicle with plenty of room to spare. The huge trees so close to the road and site entries make it a little tight to get into the sites, but nothing that a little patience couldn't take care of. We would have preferred 50 amps at our site, but they only had 30...not the end of the world and we made do. For the most part, it is really a very nice campground! We liked it.

We stayed here twice this year (summer 2016) and really like this place! Location is fantastic and very convenient to everything. We have small kids and there was a playground right near our site, which they enjoyed. We also played mini golf which is also right there. Plenty of options nearby for good eats if you like to dine out. Lots to do and see in the area and the beach is close by too. Also got the 'lobstah and steamahs' fix I was craving! :) Great spot!

Nice park, nice staff...great location. Narrow roadways, but workable.
