RV Park at the Grand Sierra Resort, Reno, Nevada

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed for 9 days. This park isn't a resort in my opinion. All I can say is it will do. Lots to see in Reno. The Park is in need of cleaning up. The roads were pretty bad, Lots of big holes. But, it was all we could find at the time. Lots of construction workers staying in the park. Our site was on the end and I liked it. We camped at RV Park at the Grand Sierra Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

It's Reno, lots of fun things to do. I liked the big outlet store. Lets say we did some major shopping while we were there. Some pretty good buffets if you like buffets. The Grand Sierra was very good. I also won a few dollars in the casino.

Klamath Falls KOA, Klamath Falls, Oregon

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

We loved this park. Well kept, nice check in people, propane and gas right there. Shade and good area to walk your dog. Stayed there overnight on our way to Reno, and stayed again on our way back home. We stayed in a 36' motor-home with 3 slides. Nice, nice park. Also.. right by the park is a lovey paved walking path. We camped at Klamath Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon, Lincoln City, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

We've stayed in this park before. It's clean and I think you'll like it.

This park has a lot of rules so if you have a dog keep this in mind.

You'll need to unhook first if you're in a motorhome. Lots of tight turns. You'll need to leave you site to hook up your tow. Very limited space to do that I might add.

We liked it here except for the above concerns.

Enjoy the Oregon coast.........it's wonderful. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

You had to take your RV to another area to hook up you tow. Pretty tight in most areas of this park.

Lots to do at the beach, go have some fun.

Heceta Beach RV Park, Florence, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

I liked this park. We styed 2 nights. Pretty tight in some sites. If your a 40' motorhome or 5th wheel, you're going to... have to squeeze. We're a 37' motorhome. Just letting you know.

If you like to burn a campfire you'll like this park. If you don't you can sit in your RV and smell the stinky fires. Stinks up the inside of your RV too.

I'm not a fan of campfires because it gets really smoky. Stinky stinky.

It's up to you, if you don't mind the smoky smoke, you'll like this park. We camped at Heceta Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.

The Mill Casino RV Park, North Bend, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

We've stayed at the Mill Casino many times. But, there is always room for improvement. Most sites are very un-level.

The food in the casino is pretty darn bad!. Be warned!

I did have a Long Island Iced Tea in the bar....very good. $9.00. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lots of places to eat in Coos Bay. Try some of those.

The food in the casino was in need of improvement.

We ate in the Saw Blade Buffet. Maybe the other restaurant is better.

Blue Ox RV Park, Albany, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, stayed 2 nights. Several full timers. Some of those sites needing cleaning up.

Tight squeeze in some sites. Still, I'd go back.

We had to back out due to low hanging tree limbs. We camped at Blue Ox RV Park in a Motorhome.
