We stayed one night and left. The sites are VERY close together and the roads are narrow. My husband received a standing applause for being able to back our 40 foot toy hauler into the site they placed us in. There are lots of families and kids playing. There is NO grass on the sites at all, no trees and no dog run. We were very unimpressed.

This rate reflects the monthly rate we were charged of $370. Very very nice clean park - They gave us the best site in the park and we loved it. There are a lot of long term residence and the other sites are very close together. But the kind owners, clean facilities, GRASS and overall feel of the park is just nice. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Do not get this park confused with Rancho Sedona RV Park which is located IN Sedona. We went there first and were very glad we had things mixed up and actually got to stay at Rancho Verde! I think we would have had a hard time getting our 40 foot toy hauler parked in Rancho Sedona.

We thought the park was expensive for the amenities. All the roads and site are dirt but while we were there they installed concrete roads from the entrance to the office and all the sites had new big concrete patios. The owner has installed quirky art pieces which are very fun and liven up the otherwise completely brown park. The views were pretty. Laundry is very expensive but the machines take credit cards. Voltage was "dirty." We had lots of surges.

This park is "in the middle of nowhere" but we really enjoyed our stay. The park is huge with concrete roads and sites. They have lots of grass and doggie bags and waste baskets are placed strategically around the park. The pool and hot tub are very pretty and clean. There was a lot of room between our sites. The WI-FI was very spotty.
