Neshonoc Lakeside Camping Resort, West Salem, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

A beautiful park in every way. Lots of trees and grass with 2 pools and a lake for play! There are tons of family activities. The site was level, wide and long! Staff was fun and helpful. 30 gallon propane tank only filled on Wednesday. Laundry is well used and tired with appliances broken. Otherwise we would give a 10! We camped at Neshonoc Lakeside Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Ogston RV Park, Saginaw, Minnesota

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Site is wide and long, level. The 3 lakes are lovely. WiFi is good. Over-the-air TV is good. Staff are very helpful. There is a lot of iron in the water and I had to clean it off every few days. We used an extra filter for drinking and cooking. We camped at Ogston RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

St. Cloud Campground & RV Park, Saint Cloud, Minnesota

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Such a lovely campground in a city! Lots of trees and excellent hosts. Have propane and excellent services. If they had cable they would have a 10. We have a lovely back-in space(woods) in the back that is wonderfully quiet with lots of room between sites. Very nice laundry. Well maintained campgound with lots of things for families. We camped at St. Cloud Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Jamestown Campground, Jamestown, North Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

The gravel road on the way to the campground was not fun in the pouring rain. But once we arrived we found a lovely, well-maintained campground. The owners are on site and accompany each one to their site. All utilities work well. Strict rules for dogs which is fine with me. We would definitely return here if in the area. Lovely trees abound! We camped at Jamestown Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Red Trail Campground, Medora, North Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very busy campground near the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. We stayed two nights and it rained heavily. A staff person guided us to our site and stayed until we were in our spot completely. The camp is tired and worn and there are not any pull through sites. The staff is quite busy so be patient! We cleaned up dog poop in our site because some campers do not have manners. Some huge rigs had to leave because there was no room for them here. We camped at Red Trail Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Circle The Wagons RV Park , La Veta, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This was an overnight stay for us. Gravel roads to the campground and inside the area. WiFi was excellent. Cable was not available (3 stations over the air). Utilities were great. Staff and other campers very kind-some have been coming here for 30 years! Sites wide enough that we had a bit of privacy. New owners are working hard to upgrade the campground. Trees are planted between sites that will grow. We never saw the river. We camped at Circle The Wagons RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Sundance RV Park, Cortez, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

What a pleasure to be here after camping in sun-filled parking lots, posing as campgrounds. The gravel is raked but we still had to use levelers. The staff were delightful - helpful in every way. It is a quiet campground (even though it is in town) with both back in and pull though sites. There is a good many trees. The laundry has 6 washers and driers! Utilities, WiFi, and cable all perfect! The site was quite wide. We could park our vehicle next to our Airstream. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Sundance RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Old West RV Park, Monticello, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This is not a campground in a hot parking lot! The owner is great - has lived in the area forever and answered every question we had about places to check into. We had a site in front with lots of shade, level and no traffic noise. Over the air TV and good wifi. We would return here! We camped at Old West RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Green River KOA, Green River, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Sites are spacious, level dirt sites. We were near a huge cow holding pen and could often smell the money! WiFi works well. The over the air TV was sporadic and cable was only available in a few sites for $2 per night. Lovely air conditioned new laundry. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One went to the Post Office when a medical supple package for us was not delivered. And brought it back for us. We camped at Green River KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Escalante Cabins and RV Park (formerly Grand Staircase Resort), Escalante, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

The owners continue to develop the park by planting lots of trees. The park is well kept and the staff is very helpful. Utilities were excellent while being mindful of water needs in the community. Purchased a rump roast there that made a great beef stew! WiFi and Cable available. Laundry clean but pricey (understandable). Would definitely return if in the area. Kanab RV Corral, Kanab, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

A lovely park with great staff. Very clean. Excellent utilities. Air TV worked most of the time. Our only complaint is the narrowness of the sites, highway side. Our neighbor's RV slideouts were over our picnic table on one side and on the other we had 8 inches between the table and our Airstream (with no slideouts!) Great location, close to super overlooks and parks. We would return for sure - and ask for shade! We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Travel Trailer.

Grand Canyon Camper Village, Tusayan, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

If you want to see the Grand Canyon there is a limited number of campgrounds. This one is what I would call utilitarian. It is a place to park your rig (in a dusty, gravel lot). The utilities work fine but TV use is non existent (pack DVD movies). I would recommend doing your laundry, grocery shopping and filling up your gas tank before arriving here! All prices are high. We camped at Grand Canyon Camper Village in a Travel Trailer.

The Grand Canyon is filled with opportunities to take trails, do photography, take jeep and donkey rides, sight see on a plane or a helicopter. I recommend the Papilon Heli Tours to really see the National Park. There are lots of turn outs in the park to take pictures. Majestic!

We were so impressed with everything here. The hosts were kind and helpful. The utilities worked perfectly with great water.
