Across the street from the Gulf. Not a swimming beach area though. Close to food and some shops. Staff was very friendly and got us a good site. Outer sites are all gravel but are closer to the ocean. Inner section is more traditional. Only issue I had during our stay was fire ants. They got me good when I was hooking up!

Awesome park. Very close to the Gulf shores beaches. Very central location. No more than 5 minutes to get anywhere. Very friendly campers. We stayed with our two young children. Great family location. Only reason they don't have a 10 from me is because the playground had broken swings and didn't seem well maintained. Other than that, it was excellent!

Hidden gem. Place was so quiet thru the week. Nice salt water pool and a nice little lake with a sandy beach. Great size park with a fun trail thru the forest. Office staff is really good and will help with anything. Very well kept. No store though so make sure you bring what you need. Nearest store is about 10 miles away. We were there for a week.

Very well run park. Everyone was very friendly. Our site was great with an awesome view of the ocean and caves. Only downside is no pool. We were here for old homes week and it was a great time. If you're coming from the west go through St. John, the drive is much easier!

Not happy at all. We reserved a premium site. Site was fronting on the parking lot. Sites were so tight we couldn't fully open our awning. Very tight getting into our site as well. Sewer/water/hydro hookups for the next site were right beside our table. The cheaper sites seemed a little nice. We won't be returning

Upper sites were tight to get into with low trees in areas. Overall the park was nice with a very short walk to the lake. Dog beach at the end of the regular beach. No planned activities for kids. Lower section has beach front sites but you have to book well in advance to have any chance. Larger motorhomes would not fit either.

Seasonal rv'ers were very friendly, pool is small but was okay. Not a lot of shade for RV/trailers but nicer for tents. Overall a nice place to go.

Great park for kids. Lots to do, but it almost seems too much. Everything seems rushed to get more in. I didn't bother with the pool, as the small lake was warm and less crowded. The entire park is hilly so expect to get a good workout! Staff was awesome and the golf carts were a blast. We stayed in a 40' motorhome and didn't have any problems getting in and out. Sites are smallish and the pad for the rv was level but the grassy lot was not.

Lots of kids, very well run park. Great waterpark with slide, rock jumping. Great for families. Very clean. We will be returning. We stayed in site 208. Park is a mix of seasonal and campers. Easy drive from the 401 as well.

Had to drive through the tent area to get to the site. Mostly seasonals at this park. Good beach, well groomed and clean. Was pretty expensive, and not really setup for motorhomes. More of a trailer setup. Store had pretty much nothing but nice restaurant and arcade on site.

Small park off the beaten path. Stayed there after shopping at the Grove City outlet mall. Was a tight fit with a 40' motorhome but the owners direct you right to the site and help back you in. Park was great, people were great, wish I could find one like this closer to home.

Great for kids. My 6 year old was kept busy and happy the entire long weekend. Great family park. Some sites are a little small but overall excellent. We will be going again in a couple of weeks.
