I had extremely high hopes for this park since we were staying here for trips into Sedona and the Grand Canyon, but all I had encountered were negative experiences. This situation put a huge damper on our entire trip. They charged us for our second car only after switching spots (because the first one was on a downward slope and had zero extra room for relaxing); WiFi is terrible and didn't work; We were yelled at by an employee for not parking in the correct space for a quick trip to the front desk (hint: maybe you should start labeling things a bit more accurately); Strict on dog policies and don't want your pet going to the restroom in your spot and only in the surrounding woods (saw multiple large dogs off leash, going to the bathroom where they like, and not picking it up - but we are responsible dog owners and always leash and pick up after pets); finally - after a major electrical malfunction in our camper we needed to leave a day early to get it taken care of, they informed us they don't refund early departures. Nice. Spots are too small (pay for "deluxe" spots, they're a bit bigger); Laundry was expensive; Showers were okay (wear flops!); and bring your own fire pit since you can't have them in your spot without them. We camped at The Canyon Motel & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
Williams is a very cute and charming little town! We were able to get our groceries at Safeway and visit a few little diners in town!
