Nice park, friendly staff, wide sites and easy access just to many trains. Good for an overnight but bring ear plugs.

Date of Stay:

Place shows pride of ownership, Wi-Fi works great but it was very full and hot so the power tripped a couple of times with all the big rigs running their duel air conditioners. Couldn't get the satellite to work because of the trees. Would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

We had a significant power problem that burned out a fan and almost lost the power system on the motorhome. We had to change sites and the camp host was rude when I asked him if he knew of a problem with the power. He is also a slob. There is no Wi-Fi here and there were rigs coming in late and leaving very early. We have stayed here many times before but this park is going downhill. We won't be back.

The good news, the new bathrooms are done. The bad news, they still are not being cleaned. We were here for over a week the grass hasn’t been mowed the bathrooms were not cleaned. They still don’t have Wi-Fi and the price has been raised to $30 per night with no discounts for week stays or Good Sam or anything. Not sure how often we will stay here in the future. To bad that this great community asset is not being utilized.

Bathrooms are clean, only three (3) showers; I used my own. Laundry could use another dryer or two (2), but they don’t rip you off, $1.25 to wash and $0.75 to dry. Store is well stocked. Owner and staff are great. It is very quiet, and we are parked down by the road. Have been here for two weeks, and we will be back.

They maintain this park it top notch condition. Have been here many times over the years and have never been disapointed. Great for big rigs with wide streets and wide sites.

Very nice campground with great owners. Good place to stay and visit the area or just for and overnight heading up or down I-5. We will plan our route to stay here again.

Restrooms were not clean when we checked in or in the morning. WiFi worked great. Mostly 30 amp sites but they are level, easy to back in to and there were some nice pull-through sites.

I also agree about the gorge, the setting, and the golf course being beautiful. These are dirt sites with a little gravel. We have been in two sites that were hard to level and we had overhanging trees. Utilities did not work well as we had two power outages and you can smell the backup from the leach field. They had a septic company out looking at the system. Also the Wi-Fi signal comes and goes. The cable system is excellent. Finally, there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers and you have to pay for showers.

Yes there are trains, yes there are kids at the pool, yes the spots can be a little tight and yes this is a nice family campground. We were here for a week as there is a lot to do in this area. We got use to the trains, like the other reviewer said, aren't all campgrounds next to train tracks? Had a good time and enjoyed the pancake breakfast. On the down side you won't get satellite, cable is limited and the water pressure drops in the morning. The Wi-Fi worked fine all week. We would stay here again.

Rate reflects weekly rate. The restrooms are spotless and the park is well maintained. Wi-Fi is free only for the first night. The paved part of the sites are narrow but the sites themselves are very nice with lawn, plants, a place for the barbeque and a table. The cable TV is limited unless you are here longterm then you get expanded cable. The store only carries RV supplies, no food. Hard to exit if making a left hand turn. Would stay again

There are no restrooms. The Wi-Fi is $5 per hour. There is no shade, and it is hot and windy there. Having said that, it is a great stop for an overnight, and we will come back. Also, if you are a golfer check out the stay and play packages.

This is a great park! I would give it a ten except for the narrow sites and tight turns. In addition the restrooms/showers are not convenient to most sites. But this is a wonderful spot.

Years of deferred maintenance is catching up to this park. Broken doors in the restrooms and pealing paint make them hard to clean. The WiFi is almost unusable. The roads are breaking down and mnay of the sites have standing water across the front as well as plenty of ants tring to get into your RV. The once fine 18-hole executive golf course has been turned into a hodge poge of a 9-hole dog track. The cable TV system has not worked in a long time and we were handed the same sheet as last year saying parts were on order. After years of coming here we will not be back.

This RV park just keeps getting better. They have added an adults only hot tub and have plans to upgrade the fitness equipment. The restrooms are spotless. The pool is cleaned daily. The grounds are well maintained. The store is adequately stocked. There is free coffee, and the staff are wonderful.
