Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort: Guadalupe River, Kerrville, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park for three nights. This is a very nice park, but be forewarned that it is a kids oriented park. We chose to camp in one of their river sites, but we were right by all the kids play areas which generated a lot of kid and parent traffic and noise. If would have been great to be able to enjoy the Guadalupe River without all the extra distractions created by all the kids playing from daylight until dark each day. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort: Guadalupe River in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a COE park on Lake 'O' the Pines. We have stayed here several times before in our TT. The restrooms and showers are just adequate. Excellent access to the lake and park area. We camped at Johnson Creek Camp COE in a Fifth Wheel.

Shady Pines RV Park, Texarkana, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for our maiden voyage with our new fifth wheel. It very convenient for a maiden voyage since they have an RV dealership right next door that is owned by the same people that own the RV park.

This is a small park that is very clean and neat. It's located about 8 miles our to Texarkana. The roads are paved and the camp sites are concrete with nice patios with picnic tables. We took a day trip up into Arkansas from here. It's a nice park if you are passing through or visiting the Texarkana area. We camped at Shady Pines RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
