Settle Inn RV Park, Pawhuska, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice small park. There are a lot of trees, but they are trimmed. We had no problem with putting the slides out. The host is very nice. If you cannot reach the host by phone, leave her a text and she will get back to you. I agree with what the previous review said about the park and the host. We stayed with a 37' motorhome. This is a nice place to see Pawhuska and "The pioneer woman mercantile. We would stay here again. We camped at Settle Inn RV Park in a Motorhome.

Emerald Forest Cabins & RV, Trinidad, California

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

We really enjoyed our time here for three nights. The RV sites are mostly level and easy to get into. The park is full of very large redwood trees, which makes it unique. Because of the trees, there isn't satellite TV, but they do have cable. We had good Verizon coverage. I would have rated it higher, except it was very dusty. This isn't a resort and it is more of a campground. I would stay here again. We camped at Emerald Forest Cabins & RV in a Motorhome.

Salt Creek RV Park & Golf, Port Angeles, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

We stopped at this park, but decided not to stay. This park is really run down. It is mostly long term RVs, with many run down and several junky. No host on duty and could not reach on cell phone. Trees were low over one drive, so we had to unhook the towed to back up and go down another drive. This is the worst park we have stopped at. We camped at Salt Creek RV Park & Golf in a Motorhome.

Bentsen Palm Village RV Park , Palmview, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2017 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

We have spent two months here and this is by far the nicest park in the area. The rate is for a month, plus metered electric. The location next to the Rio Grande Valley State park and the bike trails were a real plus. The park has nice landscaping and all drives and sites are concrete or asphalt, with plenty of space between sites. There are many activities. They have a well equipped craft room and a very well equipped wood shop. We found the water to be very hard and we used a softener. There are two laundry which we found to be nice. The workers were very nice upon check-in and they show you to the site. The restrooms and the club house were clean. I didn't find the negatives that others have written about. Don't confuse this park with a park with a similar name farther north. Because the park was about full, we have reserved for two months next winter. Overall I have found this to be a top rated park. We camped at Bentsen Palm Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tween the Lakes Campground (formerly Exit 31 RV Park), Grand Rivers, Kentucky

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

The name of this park was changed to "Tween the Lakes Campground". There isn't a sign at the road, but it is the first road South of the interstate behind the restaurant. This park has made several changes from when we stopped two years ago. The roads have new gravel and most of the long term trailers are gone. There are new tables and fire rings at each site. It is self pay and you chose the site you want. Each site is full hook-ups and there are not any restrooms. Most sites are pull through concrete pads, long enough for the motorhome and toad. Wifi is very good. Very good for a over night stop. We will stay here again. We camped at Tween the Lakes Campground (formerly Exit 31 RV Park) in a Motorhome.
