Adventure Bound Camping Resorts – Eagles Peak, Robesonia, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2007 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great campground for families. They provide lots of activities. We stayed on site 279 up on the hill. It is a little bit of a walk to the pool and camp store but a great site if you want to stay away from the action. We did not swim but the pool looked nice. We will be going back soon. We camped at Adventure Bound Camping Resorts – Eagles Peak in a Travel Trailer.

Spring Gulch Resort Campground, New Holland, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2007 - $51.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this campground several times in the past and have always been pleased. This will be our last visit. Memorial Day of 2006 we reserved for 2007 Memorial Day and paid in full. When checking in we were told there was a rate increase of $3 per night. We were also told Spring Gulch now charges a $3 a night resort fee. But they would not charge us for that since we reserved before it was put into effect. In 2006 when we reserved we were told we paid in full. We were not told we would have to pay a rate increase. Our site was water and electric only. I do not know what the resort fee covers. But for $54 a night with no sewer and no cable we will not be back. When questioning the manager about the increases and resort fee we felt she could care less if we came back. We camped at Spring Gulch Resort Campground in a Travel Trailer.
