Coffee Creek RV Park, Fort St. John, British Columbia

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here 2 nights. There are no level sites in this gravel park, they need to do some serious grading. Could not get level front to back as the sites slope to the front and left. The bathrooms were nice, private rooms with sink, toilet and shower, however the shower water does not drain because the floor was not leveled properly. No cable TV or over-air channels. AT&T had 2 bars. OK for an overnight stay. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.

Bow RiversEdge Campground, Cochrane, Alberta

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful park right on river although you can't see it, just a short walk from sites. Did not use the bathroom/shower so can't comment on. Clean laundry room although a little small to maneuver around and no folding tables. Very well maintained, after a camper leaves a site a worker shows up and smooths out the gravel before the next camper arrives. Landscaping between sites is nice since you are close to your neighbor but you won't see them through the trees and shrubs. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Bow RiversEdge Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Hang out down at the river and watch all the dogs. I've never seen so many happy dogs at one time!

Fort Amarillo RV Resort, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Booked this park for 3 nights and left after 1. The site was spacious enough and hooks-ups worked fine but the smell of urine and feces was just too much. People let their dogs roam freely to do their business wherever and don't pick up after them. Woke up in the morning and opened the door for fresh air, left within the hour because of the smell, a dog had pooped right at our door. Did not use the bathroom/shower or laundry. Park is run down and over run with full timers, the 9 1/2 mph speed limit is totally ignored, lots of dust with the speeders on the dirt road. I would not recommend this park. We camped at Fort Amarillo RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Forest Retreat RV Park, New Caney, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for 8 nights. Very clean and well maintained park, some long term guests but sites are neat and tidy. Wifi worked great. Only complaint is shower heads in bathrooms are very harsh, pressure too high and they need to be cleaned of hard water build up. Laundry room was clean. Will stay here again when back in the area. We camped at Forest Retreat RV Park in a Motorhome.
