Great overall campground, clean and air conditioned bathhouse, well manicured area and nice RV's - would definitely stay here again. As for the sticker comments we have a dog and the kids walked around barefoot and there were very few. Only reason for a 9 rather than 10 is because there was no shade around trailers and only a small swimming area around campground. A boat would be ideal, we ended up renting one. Very friendly staff as well.

Very nice park and dog friendly - great management and facilities. Many activities to do in the park including a dance, morning walks, and bbq's. Ended up staying in a Premium Daily Spot due to the cheaper ones not being large enough for 3 slide-outs and size of our rig - nice level concrete slab but slots are extremely close to one another and there is quite a bit of road noise 24/7 including police cars and fire engines. May want to try a spot in the middle or back if you stay. Camped here in a fifth wheel - may or may not stay here again. Definitely the nicest campground we have visited in the Corpus area.

We have stayed here several times before and it is great - not on the water, but the hospitality of the management is great - good size sites - full hook-ups... Frio is not too far off and most of the outfitters have reasonably priced shuttles. One of the best selections of rv supplies in the store as well which makes it nice if you need anything. Dry creek bed in the back to fossil hunt, and tons of wildlife for the kids.

Great RV site and friendly owners. We have been staying here for many years. Peaceful, river access and nice facilities, book early for the summer months because they fill up fast. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Excellent RV park - tons of wildlife throughout and pull-through sites were convenient, staff was extremely outgoing and friendly. All full hook-up sites were very nice and most had covered picnic tables and grills. Lake was a bit chilly but swimming area would be nice once it warms up. 30-45 minute drive to Corpus - about an hour or so to Port Aransas. Would definitely visit again.

Camped here in a travel trailer - overall not a well maintained site but close to tons of stuff to see and do. We were unfortunate enough to have someone in our reserved spot when we arrived, no mgr on site and no one answered emergency phone number left. Luckily another oceanfront spot was available and we enjoyed our time here. Many full-timers in the park but not too bad - may stay here again.
