Excellent staff and very accommodating! The property is located on the bay side and across the road to the oceanfront. Beaches are clean and not crowded. Several waterfront (bay) lots are available. The sites consist of a several park models in new to fair shape. The roads are paved and sites are concrete. Two pools and playground are well kept. WiFi was spotty but worked. You can expect some noise from the restaurant/bar next door til midnight on a Friday or Saturday nights.

Quiet and peaceful place! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Gated entry with paved roads and sites. Mostly seasonal. Well maintained lots and facilities. Pools were clean - there are two located within the park. Sites are level and many back to the bay. The beach, pier, local supply store and bar are well within walking distance. If you prefer the busy "mainstream" noisy beach atmosphere, stay 20 minutes north in VA Beach. This was our second stay and third next year!

This was our first visit. We elected to stay because of the school aged children activities. In perspective; it's a busy place, a breeding golf cart farm and all around on dusty roads. The staff needs help with customer service and welcoming the guest. Customer service is less than desirable- but then again, why would they care about you when you're just a drop in the bucket? We stayed on Z lane "premium" sites. Concrete pad does not justify "premium" sites nor the $100/night charge. There are plenty of activities for children. The picture I gathered was a "mom-n-pop" amusement park on the bay. It is all about the dollar at this place; they charge for practically everything. In a summary - you're just a number.

We stayed at this park for a Halloween 2012. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Park was clean and well groomed. Nice lake to fish and the waterfall is a nice back drop! The sites are close quarters and can be a challenge to navigate.

We selected this park for a visit to Hershey Park. Compared to other parks, within 30 minutes to Hershey, this place offers great value! The staff was short winded and somewhat friendly. There are several seasonal park models that ranged from poor condition to newer. Our gravel level site was next to the pool and playground. Although next to the PA turnpike, we did not hear much road noise at all. Clean grounds, a small stocked camp store, game room, fishing pond and in-ground pool are well cared for.

Great park in the works! This was our second visit over the past couples years. Not any huge improvements since we last stayed. The campground is built into a ridge with level sites. Big rig's should stay on the lower level. Fourwheel drive is recommended for the upper sites and can be managed with a travel trailer and/or F'ver. Dissappointed when we arrive with site overgrown with weeds and grass not mowed. Also there is a cable hook up at each site but no service? I thought this was odd since it is part of the NASCAR RV Resorts with no way of watching the races unless you trek down to the building which has a very large screen to watch it. Otherwise this park is very nice.

We liked this park for the low key and off the mainstream VA Beach tourism. The beach is across the street and was practically empty. Kids had a great time and the DW enjoyed the waterfront site. The staff was very pleasant and helpful! I believe we have found our new place to park in the Hampton Roads area.

This might be the one of the best Yogi Parks!! Characters were seen several times a day and interacted with our children at our site. The only negative feedback is the road getting to this place is narrow with sharp turns, so slow your roll! The entire staff was outstanding and very helpful, including the grounds keepers. Thanks!

We used this park to visit Williamsburg, Jamestown and Busch Gardens. The free local Ferry takes you across the river for easy access to the attractions. The park was very nice and well kept. Camp host were very helpful and friendly. We took a site in loop B which were paved and are for larger rigs. Our GPS took us down a small one lane back country road which was a challenge, but found out after the fact Alliance Road is a much better road to travel to and from the park off Route 10.

Location is great, right off I-81. Access is good, check in was easy with an escort to site. Sites are level and are well built considering they are built into the side of a hillside ridge. Clean and well built pool with decent upkeep. It is apparent money has been put back into this park. Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities continue to be upgraded as the park develops, it is fairly new. It will be a wonderful place (10 rating) when completed!

There 2 highlights that drove us to this park, price and location. Excellent rates and location compared to others in the area. We stayed in an overflow site in loop H with no hook ups. Nice level grassy and sandy site, no shade but as close as you can get to the well stocked camp store, marginal bath house, restrooms and beach area. Ran generator 24hr/day with no complaints from anyone, although we do have an onboard unit which is pretty quiet. Check in was a challenge; the staff is not helpful with providing directions and/or suggestions. We had to ask several times to get a better understanding of directions and where to navigate throughout the tight and narrow park roads. I strongly suggest unhooking your dinghy before entering.

Nice location, excellent staff, facilities were well maintained. Roads were dusty, playground could use an upgrade and some minor tree trimming for larger rigs. Overall great smaller park and would be a ten rating with a few minor upgrades! We will return again.

This park has paved roads, a secure facility, pleasant staff, an excellent location, is clean and well maintained. The water park is within walking distance and, is half-priced when staying here. Most of the sites are spacious and private! Definitely a place to see and to base-camp to see the DC area!!

Great location off the interstate. Grounds are well kept, although the roads were dusty. Clean campground overall. Many sites are very close quarters and witnessed RVs having to squeeze themselves into sites. Pool was small, playground was primitive, lake/pond needs attention, roads need some repair, site #'s are not clearly marked which is difficult when arriving at night. More cons than pros here, but "OK" for the value.

Excellent location off I-66 with no traffic noise. Very peaceful and quiet with open and wooded sites. Overall it could use some updating such as: picnic tables, roads and sites could use fresh gravel. Very nice setting on a farm with friendly staff. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The nightly rate is very reasonable. We will return.
