Route 66 RV Resort, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

This is a new luxury RV Park just a few minutes west of Albuquerque. The sites were concrete and level. We stayed in a pull-through that provided ample space for our 45' Motorhome and Jeep. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. There were 2 dog parks, a beautiful pool/hot tub/water slide complex, 2 pickleball courts, sand volley ball court, and a beautiful rally building equipped with grills, sinks, and overhead heaters. We'll stay here again when we're are back in the Albuquerque area. We camped at Route 66 RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Arizonian RV Resort, Gold Canyon, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

This was a clean and friendly RV Park just off the Interstate. The facilities were top notch. There were desert hiking trails accessible from the park. Numerous attractions were a short drive from the park. We camped at Arizonian RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Del Pueblo RV Park & Tennis Resort (55+), Yuma, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

The facilities were very nice, but after completing our 3-month stay we realized the "unseen" aspects of the park put Del Pueblo on the list of parks to avoid. For example, fruit flies so thick it was unpleasant to be outside, traffic noise that began around 5AM, theft of bikes, far from stores, and non-existent wifi. The most negative aspect was the unfriendly atmosphere of the park (lots of cliques). We camped at Del Pueblo RV Park & Tennis Resort (55+) in a Motorhome.

San Francisco North / Petaluma KOA, Petaluma, California

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Large park with sites of average size. We were there in the rainy season so the sites with thin grass were a bit muddy. Close to San Francisco, but located in the beautiful farmland of northern CA. Lots of activities for kids. Nice dog park. We camped at San Francisco North / Petaluma KOA in a Motorhome.

Spearfish KOA, Spearfish, South Dakota

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Nicely maintained park in a beautiful area of the country. Great 3-5 mile walking trail accessible from RV park followed a mountain stream. Close to Mt Rushmore, Devils Tower, and the very pretty Spearfish Canyon. Stayed an extra day to enjoy the park and area. We camped at Spearfish KOA in a Motorhome.
