Rocky Springs Campground, Mercer, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This camp was a beautiful find!! The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating in every sense of the word. The cleanliness, scenic beauty, peace and serenity were tremendously comforting. Wish we lived a lot closer...we'd be there at every possible occasion! There was ample room to set up our trailer. Other units were visible, but the setting was simply idyllic & quiet, privacy was upheld beautifully. The road in to the campground is apparently part of an Amish community. We were surprised to see the horse & buggy traveling down the road. Lovely in every way. We camped at Rocky Springs Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is like~ the garden of eden..absolute heaven! Nature!!! everywhere! The owners, are wonderful, kind and helpful in every way. The restrooms and bath accommodations are older, but very clean. Tips for other Campers:

We stayed there to explore Helen and the surrounding areas. Lovely lovely town...can't wait to return in the autumn. It's getting a bit warm and buggy in the mountains of Ga. right now (mid May) with lots of rain...so we're glad we went when we did.
