Convenient location to NOLA in a gated lot with clean restrooms and showers (one has a bath tub). It has clean picnic tables, full hookups, cable and wifi. We felt safe in this park. Came for one night, stayed for two. Will definitely come here when staying in or passing through NOLA. Good prices , higher for holidays and Mardi Gras. There are trains at one end of the campground, but we weren't bothered by it. Stay nearer to the front of the lot. Dogs allowed and there is a small fenced area for them under a big shade tree. I left off one star because it's a gravel lot without landscaping. It's a safe, clean place to leave your things while exploring New Orleans.
Try to stay closer to the entrance or middle. The train is close to the back fence. Take the gate code with you when you go out. We camped at Three Oaks and a Pine in a Motorhome.
