Antique Village RV Park, Simsboro, Louisiana

Date of Stay: February, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

I was here just for an overnight. I was in B-36 a fairly level pull-thru site. There was a nice deck but no picnic table. No cable but local TV was good. The wifi was uncommonly fast, the best of any campground I have been in. It's convenient from interstate but road noise is not an issue. We camped at Antique Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Fort Willcox RV Park, Willcox, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

There are several RV parks in this town to choose from. This is one of the few that does not back-up to Interstate 10 so road traffic noise is at a minimum. I paid a base rate of $25 after a AAA discount plus extra's for cable & pull-thru brought my total incl. tax to $35. Site was level & there are small trees between most sites. We stayed for one night. We camped at Fort Willcox RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Brantley Lake State Park, Carlsbad, New Mexico

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived without a reservation on a Tuesday night just at sunset. Had called earlier & were told that we had a pretty good chance of getting one of the unreserved sites (#31-50). We got the last pull-thru, but, there were several other sites still available. Site was level and large. Mosquitoes were terrible after dark, but, seemed to be better in the morning. We left early & cannot report on the park. We camped at Brantley Lake State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Saddleback Mountain RV Park, Balmorhea, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Traveling from San Antonio to AZ & needed a 1 night stop. This was perfect. They have plenty of sites in January with full hook-ups and close to Interstate 10 but the road noise is not too bad. Exit 212 and look for the Valero service station - RV park is behind. Park was clean & site level with stone. We camped at Saddleback Mountain RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
