Lower Falls Campground, Amboy, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The campground is near the scenic Lower Falls of the Lewis River. The toilets are pit composting toilets. There is no cell service, not for many miles. The road south of the campground is rough. Mostly it is asphalt with frequent large dips to bang your hitch on, and near the campground it is gravel with some rugged/steep spots. We camped at Lower Falls Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Fort Flagler State Park, Nordland, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great park. There are two campgrounds, one in the forest and one near the beach. There are trails to hike, beaches to walk and nature to enjoy. Not to mention there are old gun emplacements from when this was a coastal defense fort. We camped at Fort Flagler State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Manchester State Park, Port Orchard, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is a small state park on the water, not far from Seattle. It is clean and well maintained. Privacy is fairly good, with bushes/shrubs between spaces. There is a small beach and a number of hiking/biking trails. I stayed here for a couple of days. We camped at Manchester State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tynehead RV Camp, Surrey, British Columbia

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

The biggest factor in my rating was the dirty bathrooms that looked like they have not been cleaned in a good while, and certainly were not cleaned in the several days I was there. We camped at Tynehead RV Camp in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

This is close to the Guilford Mall area and close to other things in the Vancouver area. If the place had been cleaner, I'd stay again, but it was not so I won't.
