Hadley's Point Campground, Bar Harbor, Maine

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Best customer service experience we've ever had at a campground. The people at the desk were friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. They had a nice gent in a golf cart show us our space and help us back in. We liked the wooded feel of the B section. Water and electric worked well. WiFi was limited as one expects, but Verizon signal was good. Whenever there was a problem, the campground was so well staffed, and equipped with walkie-talkies, that someone was on top of it within a few minutes. (eg. repairing a problem with the shower). The staff appeared to have a camaraderie and team spirit that reminded me of summer camp. When my dad who was camping in the space next to ours fell ill and had to be hospitalized for days beyond our reservation, the staff found an extra space, and even helped move his camper. When our family got ready to head out with Dad's pop-up camper, the gentlemen helped show me how to break it down and hook it up to the hitch, since I'd never done it before. The kindness we experienced at Hadley's Point was a bright spot in our family's difficult week. We camped at Hadley's Point Campground in a Motorhome.

Interstate Campground & RV Center, Byron, Georgia

Date of Stay: February, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Very basic facility along Hwy 75, nice for folks coming and going to and from Florida. Nice long pull through lots. The office was not open Sunday, so we paid on the honor system... so bring some $10 bills to put in the envelopes. It did not appear to have any central facilities like showers. If all you need is a space, electricity, and water hook up, this is fine. We camped at Interstate Campground & RV Center in a Motorhome.

Endless Summer RV Park, Naples, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2017 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

Extremely attentive staff make this park a winner. This park is a mixture of cute, well kept trailer homes from the 70's and RV spaces. Many new upgrades are visible. We especially enjoyed the new concrete pad and picnic table at our spot. The electrical/water tower worked well. Nice pool. Clean laundry room. Staff went above and beyond to help us with our doggie. We also saw their helpful attitude when helping a gentleman who had a parking dilemma. One of the permanent residents with a green thumb has beautiful orchids and other tropical plants in his spot near the pool. We camped at Endless Summer RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Location near to a First Watch, Starbucks, and PubliX. On the Southwest corner of Radio and SantaBarbara is a tiny gem of a Mexican Restaurant: Cielo Linda. (By the UPS store). Delicious chili relleno and quesadilla.
