Luray KOA (formerly Luray RV Resort Country Waye), Luray, Virginia

Date of Stay: May, 2007 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

WOW!!! Driving out to the cam[ground, I had no idea I would see the spectacular views that this campground has to offer. Looking any direction you have beautiful views - rolling hills, mountains, green pastures - reminded me of Nova Scotia. It is apparent the owners truly care about their campground and their campers. The grounds are extremely clean, especially the bathrooms and laundry. There are new pull-thru sights, complete with landscaping. What a great place to spend time!! We camped at Luray KOA (formerly Luray RV Resort Country Waye) in a Travel Trailer.

Frontier Town Family Campground, Berlin, Maryland

Date of Stay: April, 2007 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

We have visited this campground many times, both in tents and with travel trailers. It is a great place as there is much to do both on-site and nearby in Ocean City. Most recently we stayed at a waterfront site and had a fantastic view of the water and the wildlife. Grounds are clean and well maintained. We camped at Frontier Town Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We are return visitors to this campground. This time we stayed at a lake front site and were very pleased with the site. The site was spacious and had a good view of the lake. The campground itself is clean and well maintained. We are planning return visits. We camped at Fort Whaley Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Rocky Gap State Park, Flintstone, Maryland

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Sites are very clean and very private. They are surrounded by woods and woodland plants. We also enjoyed hiking around the lake and stopping at the lodge for a relaxing moment longing and overlooking the lake. Did not play golf, but it looks very nice. We camped at Rocky Gap State Park in a Travel Trailer.
