Indian Brave Campground, Harmony, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 2+ weeks. We have stayed at this park for the past three years while visiting our family. We basically park our rig, leave the campground, and stay with our family. We usually bring the grands back to the park for several days so they can enjoy the great pool here. We stay in the transient area and these sites are very close to each other. Our awning, when extended, almost touched the rig next to us. When you sit outside, under the awning, your chairs are close to the electric box and sewer hook up of the rig next to us. We were in a pull thru site and it was level. We camped at Indian Brave Campground in a Motorhome.

Munising / Pictured Rocks KOA, Munising, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in the overflow F3 with electric only. We had trouble getting into any of the campgrounds in this area so were happy to have an overflow spot. We expected awnings to be touching with other overflow residents. I must say ... I think we had the best spot in the whole place. If you are staying here in a full service site this would be good. Many sites are electric only or electric & water only so you are all sharing the restrooms. They are clean but you have only two showers for this whole place. They need to add more showers. While others may not complain; I did not like the shower head being directly over my head. There is no chance of not wanting to wash your hair one night. Other than that ... you are so close to many attractions which was our draw. We stayed here for 6 nights, conserved on our water tanks, black & gray, and made out great. Never needed to use the Blue Boy. We even think that if we stay here again and can not get into a full service up in the front area; we would consider asking for the overflow area. We camped at Munising / Pictured Rocks KOA in a Motorhome.

Soo Locks Campground, Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for one month last year and two weeks this year. Stayed in site 8 which is up near the road. Not many pick the sites up near the road so we felt we had a spacious area. No sewer but electric and water. Used our Blue Boy when necessary. So many things to see and do in this area. Love this place. The owners and staff will help you with anything and they keep this lovely campground in great shape. We camped at Soo Locks Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Soo Locks was wonderful. Antler's Restaurant and Clyde's Drive In were great. Watching the freighters pass by on their way to the locks was awesome. Several day trips in your vehicle are within reach. Valley Camp, Tower of History, and Soo Locks Boat Tours were fantastic and right next to the Soo Locks Campground.
