Osage Beach RV Park, Osage Beach, Missouri

Overall Rating:

Very clean and quite and close to everything. Friendly helpful staff and lovely clean facilities. We camped there for 1 week and would definitely return. Even when crowded it is quiet and well kept. Recommended for anyone who wants a clean facility very close to everything. We camped at Osage Beach RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Cross Creek RV Park & Campground, Lake Ozark, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2007 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

If you want to risk your RV or trailer driving down the steep dirt road to this place you will find a run down campground with a tiny tiny pond and lots of run down campers crowded into a steep gravel hill. I left and camped somewhere else giving up my money just to get out of here. Felt dirty and nothing at all like the website photos. Not for anyone with a nice rig or camper. We camped at Cross Creek RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Nice big place with a nice beach and close to marinas, etc. Some spots are on water and very nice. At times it gets crowded. We camp here every year and will return. We camped at Lithia Springs COE in a Travel Trailer.

Clinton Lake State Recreation Area, Dewitt, Illinois

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

If you get a wooded spot this is nice and has water access, boats and fishing and nice little restaurant on water. Some spots are crowded together and "prairie" style camping with no trees. Other spots are shaded, on water and quiet. We camped at Clinton Lake State Recreation Area in a Travel Trailer.
