Park was old and more geared for smaller rigs. The services are OK but the noise for the airport is just unacceptable. The trains were noisy but OK. The rig would shake when the planes buzzed over a few hundred feet up. For that reason I rated it 4.

Date of Stay:

old but OK for what we needed. I am surprised it is a KOA. It is a large gravel parking lot. The services were OK for where we were. The staff is friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hurry back.

This is a perfect high desert park. The sites have trees and landscaping. The power, cable and WIFI are OK. The water here is trucked in, No Water Well, but the pressure is adequate. Great staff and cute store. We stayed 7 nights and didn't want to leave.

We stayed here twice toad noisehis summer, our site was almost level and long enough. the power, cable, wifi and water were OK. EZ on and off I-10 with very little road noise. The staff was friendly and working hard to improve this older campground. The on-site café is very good and we will return.

Nice park, clean, fairly level sites, no shade available but the power, water, cable and WIFI were OK. The saltwater pool was awesome. EZ access from road but not too much road noise. We stayed 5 nights and would return.

Awesome resort and deserves to be called a resort. Anything and everything a camper could wish for is there. Nice crushed stone sites with huge cement patios. WIFI was inactive because of the off season. We stayed there 7 nights.

beautiful park, top notch sites, wide streets long sites, level side to side. A wonderful saltwater pool at a perfect temperature. On-site bar and restaurant. Only there one night am ready to return.

Very pleasant campground in a nice area. We did just an overnight stay but diesel and other services were close by. We would stay again.

This is an older campground on I-10, traffic noise is high. the streets are narrow and rough. The power is on the low voltage side. The park is close to town and shopping. Unless you are going to sightsee, it is not a destination park.

Date of Stay:

Very old and outdated park. Very slow and painful check-in and barely big rig friendly. Most sites could use some leveling and attention to the utilities. The pool is within driving distance. OK for an overnight park.

Wonderful park, very relaxing with the river a few feet away. The sites are pull through and level with well placed utilities. Don't judge the park by the roads leading to it and remember it can flood in the late spring. We have stayed twice and will return

One of the best KOA parks we have ever stayed at and this park was worth the price! Level, large sites with good power. Easy on and off I-95 with a little road noise. This is truly a big rig park. We didn't use the pool or facilities but did find fuel and other services close by. We could have stayed for a week if not on a schedule. Will come back again.

This a nice park with a great staff. It is not handy to I-95 and about 2 hours from Washington because of the traffic on I-95. The access road from Route US 1 to the park is narrow and winding. Most of the sites are level. The Wi-Fi and cable tV are good as is the voltage. The pool is old but OK and the store is very well stocked. The is a KOA and the price is a bit steep. We would stay here again but not to commute into DC. It would be great to explore Fredericksburg from.

Stayed there twice in August and really liked the park. The sites are level and long enough for a 40 ft 5th wheel. AC power was good and cable TV was available. Very close to I-81 but not much road noise. The store is quaint and well stocked plus everything like fuel and food is nearby. The park is not new and a bit shop worn but we will stay here again as it is close to Harrisburg and only about 30 miles to Amish country.

This park has the potential to be great as the setting is beautiful. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The AC voltage is fine, we didn't use the showers or restrooms and didn't swim in the lake. The roads are poor and all the sites are back-ins. There is no cable TV and the price structure well, nickel and dimed you to death. The price is very high for the service rendered but it is the only big rig site in the area. The access roads are steep and narrow plus are about 10 miles from the interstate. Having said all that, we would stay here again.
