I gave this campground a very poor rating - due to communication. The park is a Good Sam park and I couldn't find anywhere where they indicated they where? The site map is also deceiving - it shows sites on the map that appear to be big, but, in actuality they are very very tight (we had a foot between our awning and our neighbor's RV) - maybe this was our fault - as the map clearly states - maps not to scale. The water connection for our site was almost 2 sites over and we were lucky we had a long hose. The bathrooms are very small (one had one shower and one toilet). I gave this a "3" as the people camping here where very friendly. It was just frustrating being packed in - while others enjoyed a roomy site to relax and set up in.

We live about 5 minutes from the park and usually on our first trip out every year we camp here as our shake down trip. Some of the sites are on a hill and you need more blocks on your front to get level - they should highlight these sites - so you're not stuck not being able to get your TT off of your hitch. Also, bring some extra water hose and electric as some of the hookups are far from the pads (not all!!). It still gets a 10 from me as the sites are spacious and there is a lake you can rent boats, paddle boats, and fish. There are also lots of hiking trails. There are a few playgrounds for the kids.

We camped here in a tent trailer with no air conditioning. We requested a shaded site which in fact was hardly shaded at all. Most of the sites in this campground are open and we were there on a very hot weekend. Would not recommend for someone without air conditioning. The facilities were clean and nice. The staff were friendly and courteous. This campground had a lot to offer in activities. Some amenities we liked: the large pool with water slide, nice arcade, evening entertainment, large campsites, small amusement park, and a full service restaurant. We would stay here again either in early spring or late fall to appreciate the warmth of the morning sun!

We have camped here for many years and each time we visit there is always an improvement. For our past 2 visits, we camped in the pull through area with our pop-up. The bathrooms were very nice and very clean! The sites were a nice size. Although we had to drive to go to the store, we would still highly recommend this campground.

We had reservations for June 13 - 17th to stay at this campground and our reservations were canceled on us on June 12th. We were directed to place deposit at their website and found the site to be unsecure. We emailed the campground and notified them of the problem and we were instructed to send in our deposit via mail on June 11th. Since we were arriving on June 13th, we asked if we could pay then. On June 12th we received a reply from the campsite notifying that our reservations for camping and the pig roast were canceled. When we tried to reconcile the problem with their staff, we were met with rudeness. When we asked for the owners names we were told that it was none of our business. We lost our plans for our vacation, as well as, celebrating Father's Day!
