Treasure Isle RV Park, Hot Springs, Arkansas

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed a week with three days Passport America and 4 days good Sam. Management was awesome. Very friendly and willing to help in any way. Sites are pull throughs but barely enough room for motorhome and tow dolly. Also not very level. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Husband used showers and said would never again. Steps to laundry room are on need of repair and a railing. No fenced in area for dogs but was told they are working on that. Otherwise it was quiet and scenic views of river. Unfortunately located outside of town and roads to it passed by jail and bond places. It was convenient to area attractions and Walmart 5 miles down the road. Would stay here again. We camped at Treasure Isle RV Park in a Motorhome.

Old Cedar Campground, Monroeville, New Jersey

Date of Stay: September, 2018 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This is a rural park with many campers that stay year round. It is mostly for families and has plenty to keep kids busy. The one thing it's missing is a fenced in dog park. It has plenty of room for one though. We had a pull through that was extremely difficult to get in and out. Pictures show poles and trees were a problem. Tight roads thru the park. Signs all over the park telling you "no" for something. Other campers were very friendly. Otherwise a good central location to see Atlantic City and Philadelphia. There was an outside row for big rigs but no shade at all. Might stay here again but only viewing lot first. We camped at Old Cedar Campground in a Motorhome.

Beacon Hill Campground (Ages16+), Intercourse, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Park has an upper and lower level and because of this space is an issue. We had to unhook van and remove tow dolly to get to site. All sites are very small and many parked cars along side the road. It is the greatest location since everything is close. It has a fenced in dog park but can't drive to get to it so must walk dogs in. It was large and dogs loved horses going by. Staff was extremely helpful and went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the Amish. We camped at Beacon Hill Campground (Ages16+) in a Motorhome.

Calhoun A-OK Campground (formerly Calhoun KOA), Calhoun, Georgia

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

I camped here off season and was happy there. Some of the pull throughs are very short. The pool was very nice. They had a nice office store that also made food like pizza etc and deliver them to your site. They had a nice sized fenced in area for dogs however the grass was not cut and as high as the fencing. We camped at Calhoun A-OK Campground (formerly Calhoun KOA) in a Motorhome.

Suncoast RV Resort, Port Richey, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is our second time here and it was just as pleasurable as the first. Nice and convenient pool, library, washers, and rec room. Great location with everything just outside entrance but don't hear traffic or noise. Site was just Long enough for RV and tow. Red ant hills all over with tree roots all over. Be careful walking. Used a whole can of outdoor spray to kill ants. Very relaxing. Highly recommend. We camped at Suncoast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is our second visit to this park. It is easy on and off I75. Grounds are kept well and has pool and activities. Cable at each site worked well with lots of channels. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We stayed overnight on our way to see family and would stay again and recommend to anyone. We camped at Southern Trails Resort in a Motorhome.

This is our second time at this park and loved it even more than the last time we were here. Owner is friendly and attentive. Fed the deer every night and loved the country atmosphere. Very quiet and just enough away from town. Will definitely stay here again. We camped at Soliel du'Coeur in a Motorhome.

Beaver Lake Campground, Quincy, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This is a big grass field behind a marathon gas station. Check in at the gas station was strange and woman not very pleasant. It is just off the interstate and ok for an overnight stop while going to destination. We did not lower jacks for fear of sinking. There were three other RV 's there and all appeared to be overnighters also. Probably would not stay here again. We camped at Beaver Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

Hidden Oaks Family Campground, Hammond, Louisiana

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Basically a big grass field with hookups all through it. Grass was thick and even when rained did not cause any issues. Used pool which was very nice. It was off season so was only motorhome there but had no issues getting to or from anything in park. Probably would not stay if charged full price but with passport America it was worth it. We camped at Hidden Oaks Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Water Sports RV Park & Campground, Dodge City, Kansas

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for two weeks and would return again. Although I read several poor reviews I found this park to be much better than expected. Even though they advertise cable they do not have it and no discount. Wifi was not dependable. The sites were extremely large pull throughs with gravel. Right in the middle of town very convenient to stores and points of interest. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice laundry facilities. We were there during dodge days and had no trouble with noise. There is no fenced area for pets but lots of room to walk them. There are hardly any trees for relief from the sun. We camped at Water Sports RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

AB Camping & RV Park, Cheyenne, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We looked at several parks in the area and they were all terrible. This park was pricey for the area but way better than others. Would recommend as long as price is not an issue. There are two fenced in areas for dogs however they are small and they do not furnish bags. Very convenient to downtown and grocery stores and shopping. Park fills up nightly. Most RV ers are here for one night as a stopover on there way elsewhere. We camped at AB Camping & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Boulder County Fairgrounds, Longmont, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We looked at other parks in the Rocky Mountains but this was the only one priced to afford. It is an excellent location. Doesn't feel like you are in the middle of the town. Grocery stores and shopping very nearby but did not hear any noise from traffic. They have electric and water at each site with a dump at the front of park that was easily accessible. We camped in the pull -through area for big rigs. Very happy with the park. We stayed two weeks. You can pay for dry camping or electric only or water and electric. Would highly recommend this park. Blanca RV Park, Blanca, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

After looking at all the other parks in the area this was the best but has some drawbacks. We had reservations but then could not hookup to 50 amp because of shared utilities. They did offer us a dry site with electric only for only two nights instead of the week we planned on. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. There is a train that passes right behind the park but only comes by a few times a day. It is very loud but didn't bother us at night. There is a lot of road noise since the park is right beside the busy highway but also did not bother us at night either. If I had to stay in this area again I might stay again. We camped at Blanca RV Park in a Motorhome.

Valley Sunset RV Ranch, Delta, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

We planned on staying a week but stayed two weeks. The office staff were very nice and accommodating. There was barely enough room for our RV and dolly because of the electric, sewer, and water placement. Sites were all kept clean and residents were friendly. They have a small dog park kept clean. Very convenient location. Walmart and Safeway nearby. Checked out the other parks in the area and this one is by far the best. They would not allow pet fences at the RV site. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. We camped at Valley Sunset RV Ranch in a Motorhome.
