A nice small campground that has a lot to offer. Very friendly staff. Two nice pools, mini golf, jumping pillow, store, pavilion, arcade, etc. Its a small campground with most of the amenities located in one area near the front. Most sites are small and offer little to no privacy. There are some better sites located away from the attractions, but most of those don't have full hook ups. Good playground and some decent activities. I have no idea of why we like the place so much. I think its because it has a lot the fun stuff bigger parks would normally have without all the madness that bigger parks create. At night its perfectly quite. It attracts a respectful crowd with quite hours at 10pm and very little drinking/partying going on. Close to many other attractions if you would just like to use it as a base camp. A lot of people do.

A pretty campground. Clean and great facilities. The staff is professional and efficient. The playground is one of the best. Great pools and activities. The bad part is they don't enforce quite hours or any rules (no good security). Lots of drunk people staying up VERY late. Its fun for the adults, but if you have little ones that need to go to bed early don't go here. The park is better suited for adults, not camping families.

An ok campground, but I have no idea why everyone is rating them a 9-10. The park was built in the days of small RVs. The roads and sites are not big rig friendly. The sites are very close to each other and share hook-ups. Most sites are gray water only. Only one dump station is working, so if you want to avoid the long line waiting to dump you'll need to leave very early. The playground was less than average. The access to the water was good for boat-launch only. It is all mud. The game room was just ok. Now for the positives . The staff was great. The security was the best I had every witnessed at a campground. The activities were all well planned and fun. The pool was in good shape. They had an outdoor pavilion that was nice. We had a good time, but I just don't think this campground has the infrastructure to be considered a 9 or 10. They need improvements. We won't be returning because of the site size and the difficulties getting around the place with a larger RV.

A very pretty campground. Friendly staff, professionally run. Beautiful lake and a nice little beach. Paddle boats, fishing etc. The pool was clean and had a great splash play area. Sites were average . Some were great and others were just so so. The campground roads do get very busy though, lots of traffic. The Mini golf was good. The playground was just ok. The bathrooms were all clean. The game room was in pretty bad shape. Most games didn't work or were very old and involved killing something (not good for kids). Activities were average but the staff did try. Overall a great campground. Kids should love it. We have been 3 times and keep coming back.

Overall an average park. Clean , well maintained buildings, and beautiful surrounding. Great mini golf. Playground was old run down and basically dangerous. Old wooden set that was falling apart. Staff was not too friendly.Campground does not enforce quiet hours. One night we were there a 5th wheel pulled in at 10PM set up and played very loud music all night. We called the office , they sent someone by, but the person thought it wasn't bad. If your'e looking for a quiet campground, don't go here. Lots of radios blaring all the time and lots of very large parties going every night. We might go back again, but will only stay a couple of nights. Thats about all we could take before we would need some peace and quiet.

A so- so campground. Not bad, but not spectacular either. Sites are average condition. We stayed in a pull though. It was very noisy because of its location to the main road outside the campground. I would recommend sites away from the road. The pools were closed but looked nice. Most of the buildings were old, but maintained. The game room was run down and most games were broken. They had good food and ice cream. There were no activities the week I went. The campground is mostly occupied by seasonals( more than 50%). They did have a problem with groups and groups of teenagers hanging around without any parents to be found. It certainly did not have a good atmosphere for the little kids. The campground is very hilly not a great bicycle park. The staff was nice. One problem, it seems they will allow multiple families to camp on just one tent site. One site near us must have had 15 people all crammed onto one tent site. I would go back but would not plan to stay here for a week. Maybe just use the park as a base camp to go into the cape.

This was the nosiest campground I've ever been to. All day long groups of campers blared their music systems . We were 500-1000 feet away from the tenting area but the music was so loud we had to speak louder at our site just to hear each other. When I spoke to the park ranger he said "they can do anything they wanted until 11pm". The check in area/pool area is a maze. When you first pull up to the campground you need to squeeze your rig by all the parked cars by the pool area. The staff was mostly teenagers who lacked any campground spirit. The activities were ok and the pool was nice except the area around it was muddy. The pool was a far, far walk away from the campsites. The family dances were scary (you felt like you were in NY city) . They didn't play family kid songs. Instead they play rap music with foul langauge in it. Sites we good size and clean. Playground was nice. We went here expecting a cute family campground. We left extremely disappointed. Too bad because if the management wanted to they could make this place a family campground. We'll never return.
