Sites had no grass, they did not spray for dust. Sites are very hard to access if you have a large rig they need to do extensive trimming on trees. Rates are outrageous and include NOTHING. Expect to spend $30+ per-person for access to the waterpark Everything is an additional cost save for the outdoor pool located near the campground. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean however that's not really enough to ever warrant a trip back here.

While the kids enjoyed the pool areas the rest of the resort was nothing special. If your site is in the 600 range you are basically in a field with cement slabs, sparse grass and sites that are about as wide as 2 cars. Some of the sites in the old area of the park looked decent however the park is very crowded. Also, right next to the highway and on Friday night apparently it's Harley Davidson drag race night. Overall not enjoyable and won't return even for the pools.

This was the first park we camped in with our new travel trailer and I waited to review it until we went somewhere else. Well after going elsewhere, this place was fantastic. Shady sites with grass, large play area for children, very quiet. Management was very friendly, pools were not yet open as we camped pre-Memorial day but they have a zero entry pool that goes to 12" deep which looks like it would be great for small children, we will be returning this summer.
