We stay here several times a year. We have family in the area and this park is convenient. Space between the utilities and the concrete pad is tight but our coach fits just fine. The patio slide covers a little of the concrete pad but there is still room for chairs. The sites are deep enough for our 40' coach. Toad parks next to the concrete pad. Utilities are easily accessible and the water pressure is good, around 50-55 lbs. Power is stable at 123 volts on both legs. Our sewer connection was canted over a bit, but who doesn't like a challenge? The office staff has always been exceptional and easy to deal with. Our cost was $1 per night for 50 amp hookup, with Coast to Coast. There are shade trees but not enough to block the satellite. Vehicle traffic is minimal, mostly the long term residents in the back half. We camped at Riverside Adventure Trails in a Motorhome.
There is a great selection of shopping close by. A CVS is just outside the park, along with a McDonald's and a Car Quest Auto Parts. Across the highway is a Smiths and a Safeway, both with fuel islands. Smiths also sells diesel and DEF. There is a Post Office, a Thrifty Ice Cream, Burger King and a taco place. Heading farther west is the Avi Casino. Heading north towards Bullhead City is everything you need to satisfy your shopping urges.
Try Bo's BBQ in Bullhead City. Check the Web to see which days they are open. I think they are closed Mon-Thurs. The Hut is a pastrami place. Kinda pricey. Mohave Steakhouse is good but the service has slowed down. Lots of Mexican food places around.

This rv park is available to customers who are having work done at Redlands Truck & RV. This is not a public use park but for customers only. It is about a block from the shop and is gated. Very convenient. We have stayed here before when we have had work done. Perfect for fulltimers. Again, this is NOT a public use park. We camped at Redlands Truck and RV (The Grove) in a Motorhome.
Ask for a list of places to eat. Everything suggested was fantastic.

Nice, quiet park. Stayed here for a week. Only about 6 others in here. It has been in the 110-120 degree range for a few weeks around here. The only 50 amp sites available are for people using oxygen and that's it. No problem for us, we are used to 30 amps. Voltage was constant between 125-126. Sites are level gravel. Roads are paved. Pool is half shaded. Spa is full shade. Park is tiered from the road to the river. Lots of shade trees. Sites have sturdy picnic tables. Boat dock, beach and separate dog beach. Staff is very friendly. We stayed in a 40' motor home with 3 slides and had tons of room by the rig. Road noise on tier 1. Less on tier 2, 3 & 4. Almost every site has a view of the water. We are CRA members so it cost us nothing to stay here. Would stay here again. We camped at Northshore RV Resort (Members Only) in a Motorhome.
Has a private boat dock and launch. Wagon Wheel restaurant is a couple miles away. Great food (get the pot roast) and great service.
