Post Oak Place RV Park, Denton, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

First, the positive, location to nearby shopping & restaurants is good. Their web site lists a climate controlled exercise room, scenic picnic sites, free wi-fi, swimming pool. They have a pool, it needed some attention. There is no exercise room, no public restrooms, picnic sites consist of a couple tables, watch out for noxious weeds & don't walk your dog in the area or you'll be picking stickers out of their feet. Wi-fi is poor to non existent. Some sites are so close you wouldn't be able to extend slides. Low hanging branches need to be trimmed. Office is closed on weekends, posted hours don't seem to be accurate either. Routine maintenance & updates are so lacking I don't know how they pass any sort of inspection. All sites are back in, as close as some sites are to one another maneuvering a big rig into one could be a challenge. This would be a good place to open a real rv park. We camped at Post Oak Place RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
