Continues to be the overall best campground in NH, if not New England. We love it. You are now our #1 Campground (used to be Moose Hillock, Warren, NH). Cleanest restrooms, and the best showers. Keep up the super work! Only thing that would move you to a 10+ would be a food court that was OPEN! This year it was not yet open for some reason.

Visit this campground every year. Always considered it our favorite in the past. Now I'm not so sure. The service personnel are just great, always have been. But the upkeep of the facilities seem to be lacking. 4 days and 2 cold showers, no hot water? Even after complaining no change. Minor complaint, but previously I never had any complaints...Oh, WIFI by the pool was great!

Nice park. Very large beach area. Overall the four of us enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and helpful, and very polite at all times, even though it was a busy weekend. However, too many golf carts driven way too fast in crowded areas. Too many loose running dogs, and apparently not a concern by the staff. One dog behind us was left unattended for the entire day and barked for hours on end. It may be just I'm getting old, but many of the kids were absolutely obnoxious, no supervison, no manners, attitudes like they owned the place. They walk in front of you down the middle of the street and turn around and laugh in you face if you try to drive by. Supervison by staff was definitely lacking... Really too bad, cause it really was a nice place. We may return in the future and try it again.

Our favorite campground! We have been going for over 5 years now. The largest and best swimming pool in New England! The kids absolutely love this place! Near Conway, the White Mts, many other nice places. The food at their pool cafe is very good! Great breakfast! The owner and crew are simply fantastic. This year we left early as did many others, it simply wouldn't stop raining, for days, too bad, cause again this is our favorite place! Maybe we'll just have to go back again later this summer!

Really nice place, never having camped in Ct before. We picked this location because it was near Mystic Seaport. We go there frequently. Our site was great (next to the tennis courts). The golf course was one of the best I've seen, but quite pricey ($4 each). The place is very, very, very hilly. My wife and I were tired walking up and down to get the lake (which was beautiful). The kids didn't care! The pool is rather small, but fine. My biggest complaint! NO COFFEE before 8:00 am!!! Thankfully, a ranger snuck me a cup one morning at 6:00 am! Really nice and clean!

We visited for a 'Special Weekend' event. Our site was fine, shaded and level. This special weekend included all meals and events for all four of us ($300). The food was out of this world. Every meal was better than most restaurants! My steak was bigger than my dog! Everything was very well organized, EXCEPT, it did nothing but rain for 14 straight hours! Every time we have visited it rains, I think we are bad luck for these poor people. It was however a great time. The owner and crew couldn't have been nicer!
