Great park. Very well kept. Plenty wide to maneuver. Clean restrooms. Site surface was gravel and featured a picnic table. Glad we discovered it. We will use it again. We camped at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lake Pines RV Park and Campground, Columbus, Georgia

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Nicely kept park. A few places where interior roads got a little narrow, but nothing to worry about. The sites are so long that no one needs to have any vehicles sticking off sites. Good hookups. Level long sites. Very convenient off main road. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Did have a campground rule we have never seen before-no Outside TV's-so a dealbreaker on football weekends. Office closed on Sunday, but we were left info for our site. We camped at Lake Pines RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Tiffin Motorhomes Service Area (For Service Customers Only), Red Bay, Alabama

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Not really a campground, but it has everything you need while waiting on getting coach repaired. Free if waiting on warranty work, $20.oo if not. Best part is being with other Tiffin owners and what you can learn from them. The ladies that run the campground are incredibly courteous, pleasant, professional, and good at their job! Most sites are pull-through, but a few are back-in. We camped at Tiffin Motorhomes Service Area (For Service Customers Only) in a Motorhome.

Red Bay RV Park, Red Bay, Alabama

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

All back-in sites in a big gravel lot, but has its pros. Plenty of room to manuver, good connections, all sites satellite-friendly, room to park toad alongside coach. Although not on-site, the lady running the park is very courteous and responsive and will accept reservations. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Red Bay RV Park in a Motorhome.

Birmingham South Campground, Pelham, Alabama

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for an overnight. It is a great park. We had a large pull through with plenty of room. Hookups were great. No problem leveling. I had read reviews about the roads being tight, but we had no problem in our 40' MH and toad attached. I guess if other campers parked their toads sticking out on roads, there could be a problem in places, but the roads themselves are plenty wide. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Birmingham South Campground in a Motorhome.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park, Nashville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $70.00
Overall Rating:

Very well-laid out (big) park. Roads are easy to manuver, except one section of the perimeter road has huge potholes. Lots of shade, but also some satellite-friendly sites. Great place for families with young children. Convenient to Opry attractions. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park in a Motorhome.

Casino Queen RV Park, East Saint Louis, Illinois

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Clean, crisp, sharp park with excellent view of St. Louis. Sites are asphalt with gravel in between. All roads are wide and smooth - no potholes. Not much grass except in play areas, but what is grass is well-manicured. Staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. Security provides a shuttle to Casino. Three good dining choices there. Hook ups are at rear of sites so probably will have to unhook toad. The only negative we saw was the asphalt is slightly slanted making leveling difficult. It doesn't seem that this park is greatly used unless Cardinals are in town or another event. We will use it again as it is a great place to stay and see St. Louis. We camped at Casino Queen RV Park in a Motorhome.

Owl's Nest Campground, Junction City, Kansas

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Very convenient for overnight. Fairly tight entrance and interior road, but we made it with a 40' motorhome and toad. Were able to get satellite reception in our site. Would use again for overnight. Exiting park is sharp turn so we did not attempt with toad. We used the adjacent car wash lot to hook up. We camped at Owl's Nest Campground in a Motorhome.

Dakota Ridge RV Park, Golden, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean and well-maintained park in a good location. Nice, clean showers. Like the other reviews, I agree some of the interior roads are tight. I do think if they would just enforce making folks park their cars and trucks fully off the asphalt roads, the situation would be much improved. We camped at Dakota Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.

What a gem this park is! The location is great for Durango/Four Corners area attractions. The setting is scenic. The service is friendly. The grounds are immaculate. The bathhouse is clean and updated. Hot breakfast available. Great homemade pizza available. Wish we could have stay longer. We will be back. We camped at Alpen Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

The Durango-Silverton railroad is a must. Consider riding train one way and bus the other. Train ride both ways takes a little longer and can be a little tiring.

Colorado Springs KOA, Fountain, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Lots for kids to do here: waterpark, play area, and even a weekly hayride. A little cafe is onsite. Site and hookups were good, site was fairly level but we did sink a little in gravel so a block would be helpful. Like most older parks, the sites and roads get a little cramped, but can be easily navigated. The bathhouses could use a little more attention and possibly improving or updating, particularly the smaller one. We would stay here again. We camped at Colorado Springs KOA in a Motorhome.

Oasis RV Resort, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Longest site we have ever been on by far. Concrete pad in middle and each end is asphalt. All park roads are asphalt. Good amenities with several bathhouses and laundries conveniently located. Big park that is heavily used by overnighters since it is so convenient to I-40. Will definitely use it again. We camped at Oasis RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Lots of great things to do around Amarillo. Don't miss Jack Sizemore RV Museum. We loved Hofbrau Steakhouse, Rudy's, and Jimmy's Egg for dining. And of course the iconic Cadillac Ranch which is right by Oasis.

Salina KOA, Salina, Kansas

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park. Well-maintained, shady with lots of mature trees. Take it slow as there are some tight places with those trees and the wall around the park. We had some difficulty manuvering trees to get in and out of our site, but were successful with the extremely helpful staff. Very convenient to I-70. Several places to fuel up at the exit. Would stay there again. We camped at Salina KOA in a Motorhome.

Kanab RV Corral, Kanab, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

We enjoyed our stay here. Older park, but immaculately clean. They boast of good WiFi and it is great! Owners are extremely cordial and will try to help in any way they can. As said, it is an older park so it appears planning for larger rigs was not given much thought. Not all the sites will fit bigger rigs, but most will with some maneuvering. The town is fantastic. Many great restaurants and things to do. We used as base camp for North Rim, Zion, and Bryce. Would definitely return. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Motorhome.
