Would like to have rated higher except for the fact that this is one of the tightest parks for ingress and egress, the WiFi is totally useless. We were there for several days and never once got lucky enough to login!!! Spaces are small and you must park your tow vehicle elsewhere. The next morning your vehicle is saturated and covered with hard water spots. What a mess.

Nice park, friendly staff. Would like to rate higher except for the fact that their sprinklers are out of control and put horrible hard water spots all over our brand new rig. Mentioned to them the issue, they were somewhat slow to respond. We had no 50 amp service and were constantly popping circuits.

Beyond funky to be sure. Lots of permanent residents. I was exhausted or the wind was terrible while passing through, I would opt for a casino parking lot or rest stop instead, kinda nasty actually!

Arrived late in the day, they would not honor Passport America rate, but would honor our Coast to Coast. PA rate also included a $4.00 "resort fee". First of all, this is probably the most noisy RV park we have ever stayed at over the last 20 years. Phone service was poor for some reason, WiFi was useless, all amenities were shut down and our cable did not work. Were planning to stay an extra day, but could not wait to leave. Left early in the morning, around 0830, got a call on the cell phone a couple of hours later while in Oregon. The manager said we did not pay the "resort fee"; without argument, we said, fine, just put it on our card...$4.00 wasn't a big deal, but it wasn't right! Got home to find out that the card was charged for $5.00, still not a big deal, but it was the principle. Having shopped at the local Walmart, I would highly recommend that location over this rip off any day of the week!

Price reflects monthly rate per night. Like most other "resort" campgrounds in AZ in January, you are stacked in like cord wood! Better than some, but would prefer some degree of breathing room. Utilities are well spaced and worked well. Good location. Paid extra for "premium" pull through site, those in back are even more like a parking lot. Would probably do more research in the future if staying in the area.

Nice level sites, cement pads, great Wi-Fi and cable TV that actually comes in well with many channels. I paid the Passport rate plus an extra dollar for my pet. I agree with most of the others; however, I did not to find the noise from US 50 to be much of an issue, they have mitigating sound walls along the perimeter. Will stay here again, nice park.

Nice enough park in the trees, well maintained. Roads are tight, especially on holidays, with loads of vehicles, bikes, etc., impeding your access. You are escorted to your site mainly due to tight access and liability, not necessarily out of courtesy. Trains were fine, highway noise is much more than I expected. Unless you are camped right outside the clubhouse, the Wi-Fi is useless. The catv has about five channels, but is better than nothing. Would consider staying here again, but never on a three day weekend. Don't have little kids, but there isn't much for them to due other than run around campsites. Not the park's fault there.

I agree with most of the other comments, both pro and con! Pluses are the view, the grounds and overall feel of the park. The minuses would be the VERY cramped feel if they were close to full, in our case, we couldn't even put out our awning. Our rate is reflective of club membership rate PLUS all imaginable add-ons. Extra charge for electric, extra charge for Wi-Fi, extra charge for cable TV. Both the Wi-Fi and cable TV left much to be desired! The grounds staff were pleasant folks, more than I can say for what must have been either the manager or the owner. Not what you would call customer friendly. Negatives aside, this park is a good "9 or 10."

Stayed here with our Good Sam group and stayed a couple of days extra. Excellent facilities, clean, well maintained, etc. We had use of clubhouse and many other amenities. The new owners (as well as the former owners) are very friendly and helpful. If I had to even try to find a downside, the only item (and it isn't worth mentioning) is that their cable provider has only 4 channels available. Plan to stay here again!

Very clean park. All pull throughs with cement pads; did not even need to disconnect tow vehicle as the sites are 60'! Friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, nice store, and clean laundry and restrooms. Have stayed at other parks on US 95 between Vegas and Reno, and this is by far the best.

Probably the 3rd time we have stayed here. Have tried the other couple of parks that have relatively high ratings, but we prefer this resort. Well laid out, gated, winery and restaurant (best in town!) on site. Staff is friendly, pet friendly. No cable TV, but several off air stations and good satellite and cell service. Possibly would have given a 10, except for the fact that they charge for WiFi. Although we have our own 4g access, we feel that all higher end parks should provide at no charge. Our rate is the Coast to Coast charge.

Came during Good Sam Jamboree. Nice park with many amenities, as you would expect for a $40+/night park (our rate was Passport America). Was surprised at how narrow the sites were and the fact that all utilities are at the rear. In our instance, it required that we use 35'+ of sewer hose to connect, as well as 30'+ of fresh water hose. No cable TV, but we got 5 or 6 off air channels. Wi-Fi and cell service was good. Would stay again, but be more selective as to what site we received!

I tend to agree with the last reviewer. Rate is far too high for the facility. OK for an overnight stay; however, we had a site at the north end of the lot: extreme amount of road noise from US 40, trains and the on-site sewer pump/lift station. Would look elsewhere in the future.

Date of Stay:

OK for a couple of nights. Easy access to and from I-40. Not as noisy as anticipated. Staff was nice enough. Could use some TLC, especially gravel. Be aware that sites are tight, if you and your neighbor have slides, you may be sharing the Grey Poupon! Also, sites are not close to level. For just a one night stay, might have considered the Route 66 casino instead.

Agree with most the other reviewers. Nice new park, security gate would be nice! Would have rated higher, but Wi-Fi was off 90% of the time; cable was down about 50% of the time. Signed up for the RV wash, however, they were no call, no show!
