We stayed for a weekend and had a very nice time. The owners were very friendly and it had a nice "family run" feel to it. We camped at Jonestown / Hershey NE KOA in a Travel Trailer.

We like this campground. The site we had was very nice. It would be nice to see the restrooms upgraded. They are old and dingy. We camped at Bellefonte / State College KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This campground was okay. Not too much for the kids to do. The sites were level. It really needs a pool. The bathrooms weren't as clean as I would like and the water smelled like sulfur. We camped at Streetsboro / Cleveland SE KOA in a Motorhome.

Buckeye Lake / Columbus East KOA, Buckeye Lake, Ohio

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $60.00

Great campground. The restrooms were gorgeous and even supplied hair dryers. They even had flat screen TVs in the restrooms so you could watch TV while getting ready in the morning. Plenty to do for the kids. Flat level sites. This was a great place to stay. One of our top 5! We camped at Buckeye Lake / Columbus East KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Okay for an overnight if you have to. The woman who checked us in was nasty. The kids didn't want to stay. We only stayed 1 night but would not go back due to the unwelcome feeling we felt upon checkin. The sites were tight. We camped at Madison / Pittsburgh SE KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Kellystone Park, Nineveh, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

The best thing about this campground is the cheap golf. Other than that, we would not go back. We did not have a fire ring or a picnic table at our site. We were surrounded by seasonals who had 2 and 3 tables and were using the fire rings for flower planters. We asked the office 3 times for these items and never received any help. By day two, we finally approached a couple of the seasonal sites and asked if we could borrow a fire ring and table. We definitely felt like we were intruding. Our site was tight and unlevel and the tree branches needed cutting back. A tree branch ripped our refrigerator vent off the top of our camper upon leaving. The owner didn't even apologize. We camped at Kellystone Park in a Travel Trailer.

Cedar Creek Campground, Bayville, New Jersey

Date of Stay: August, 2008 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

I'm not sure how to rate this campground. The pool was nice, but the life guards were nasty. I honestly don't think a minute went by without a lifeguard yelling at a kid. We stayed in the loop by the pool and the site was very unlevel. Cable wire was at the site but the cable did not work. The restrooms were clean. There is WIFI that they charge a fee for but does not work at your campsite. I don't know but the entire time we stayed there I felt like we weren't welcome and our questions were a bother to the staff. I doubt we will go back. We camped at Cedar Creek Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Hagerstown / Antietam Battlefield KOA, Williamsport, Maryland

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean and friendly campground. There was lots for the kids to do. The sites were a bit tight but it seems typical of campgrounds lately. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint we had was the annoying DJ that played his music a little too loud for us. We would definitely go back. We camped at Hagerstown / Antietam Battlefield KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $38.00

We did not like this campground. There weren't many activities for the kids. The sites were very small and VERY unlevel. We had an awful time getting our camper level. They DO NOT enforce QUIET TIME. There were people behind us up partying until after midnight. The laundry facilities were old and smelled like sour laundry. I will say the restrooms were clean and the pool was nice. We will NOT be going back. We camped at Bellefonte / State College KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This was a very kid friendly campground but too crowded and noisy for our liking. I agree with one reviewer that there was no quiet time. Our kids need their sleep or we have grumps the next day. We camped at Bucktail Camping Resort in a Tent Trailer.
