Woodbridge Campground, Paulding, Ohio

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

The best word to describe this park is WOW! Beautifully layed out, landscaped, maintained, and accessible. More than enough room for our 40' Fifth Wheel and MDT tow vehicle (un-hitched). All grass and mostly level, sufficient room between sites, easy pull-in and out. VERY family oriented with a huge play park, volleyball, horseshoes, basketball hoop, and two pools; one 18" for small ones and the other 4' to 8' for older children and adults. There's also a snack bar inside the office that sells ice cream, sub-sandwiches and pizza, along with other snacks. Especially appreciated the large park to walk and ride a bike around the multiple pond / lake areas (privately owned catch and release). The owners and everone else you meet make you feel very welcome. They have weekend planned activities for the summer. Definitely someplace we would have liked to stay longer and absolutely would return to. The information concerning 50 amp and no sewer is incorrect; we had both. We camped at Woodbridge Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Deer Ridge Camping Resort, Richmond, Indiana

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Nice family oriented, family owned park nestled amongst the trees with plenty of space between sites. Quiet, well maintained, and super nice owners. Sites gravel and grass, mostly level. Road noise minimal. Amenities include pool, playground, micro-golf, dog run, pavilion, book exchange, and gift store. Didn't use bathrooms or showers or laundry. Local area brochures on display near office. Made reservation for one week, ended up staying for almost three. Close to historic downtown Richmond. Firehouse BBQ and Blues is a good place to stop in, across from the Model T Museum. We camped at Deer Ridge Camping Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
