Glendo State Park, Glendo, Wyoming

Date of Stay: May, 2007 - $12.00

Wonderful place to camp and spend a day on the lake. Depending on what part of the park you choose to camp in there are some very private sites to not so private sites. Sandy beach area is great if you do not bring your boat, it is not too far from the shore. There are multiple protected coves where you can tie a boat. We camped at Glendo State Park in a Travel Trailer.

IB Magee Beach Park, Port Aransas, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2007 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Nice area to camp and close to the beach. We were rained on and switched sites a couple times due to huge puddles and the staff was very helpful. The sand dunes help break the wind some. We have camped here three times and will be going back for sure. The downside of this area is the seaweed which gets really bad at times. We camped at IB Magee Beach Park in a Travel Trailer.
