Lagoon RV Park and Campground, Farmington, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

The park gets a 9 due to its location next to Lagoon Amusement park. The deluxe sites are great - level concrete pads and lots of trees for shade. During the weekdays, the campgrounds were not too crowed. But, as you get closer to the weekend, it gets more crowed. The showers and bathrooms are small (only 2 showers and only 2 toilets) and fairly clean. There are two shower buildings and that helps. The roads are paved but narrow. Overall it is a pretty good campground. We will definitely stay there again. We camped at Lagoon RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Ainsworth State Park, Cascade Locks, Oregon

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Great place to camp. Camp area was in the Pacific Northwest Rain forest and was stunning. The only downside was the campsites are not level (be sure to pack leveling blocks) and railroad tracks nearby (trains came through a lot and blew their horns on several occasions, but did not really bother us). We will be coming back to this campground. We camped at Ainsworth State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Close to Multnomah Falls, along with many other beautiful waterfalls, trails and bike paths. Close to the Columbia River for fishing. 25 miles outside of Portland, so it is close enough to the city if you need something from Camping World or just go to the Zoo or other touristy things.
