Cherrystone Family Camping & RV Resort, Cape Charles, Virginia

Date of Stay: June, 2007 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

This park is great. There were plenty of activities for the kids (age 9 and 7). The boys had a great time fishing off of the piers, riding their bikes and swimming in the pools. The park is kept clean but is looking old. The new paint on the buildings grows on you after the first day or two. One of the piers is being rebuilt and the other one is going to be rebuilt. Staff is friendly and the service is good. However, some of the guests are not campers and need to explain the park rules to their children. We had to ask our neighbors twice to keep their kids from riding their bikes and walking through our site. Other than that we had a great time and are going back in July. We camped at Cherrystone Family Camping & RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
