Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $9.00
Overall Rating:

This is a state forest and it has many primitive sites, some by the river. There is Pit Toilets and are maintained. Stayed here for several days just enjoying the quietness of the area. Lindenwood Park, Fargo, North Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed 2 nights in lot 13 in loop B. Service has water and electric, but no sewer. Electric is usually shared by 2 sites, which could be a problem. By looking at all sites, they're no pull-throughs. My neighbor's cable was bad and would trip the breaker. Has a 30 amp service, but the box was so far away (over 25') I had to use my 15amp cord to extend and share the 15 amp outlet. Water service worked with good pressure. Lots were close together. Since this is located in a city park, their are people that come and go. This is the same with those staying in the RV area. I recommend locking up. Police do patrol the area and there is a noise curfew (9pm). The lot is on asphalt, and there is a picnic table and fire-ring. Table was not in the greatest condition. Many of the lots slope toward the river. Used chocks to the direction of the slope and needed to use stacking blocks to level the trailer. Was informed by the attendant that the RV park is going under construction next year for major improvements. Better layout, pull-throughs and expansion in the works. We camped at Lindenwood Park in a Travel Trailer.

San Luis State Park, Mosca, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

As the previous post said.... the place is a wildlife preserve. Was confusing when I got there, trying to find someone at the office. We stayed in the first pull-through in loop A. Power was available and that was all I needed. Spent one night and it was pretty quiet. Beautiful sunset. We camped at San Luis State Park in a Tent Trailer.

Target Tree Campground - USFS, Mancos, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed in this rustic forest setting for a night. Value would have got a higher rating if I didn't have to pay a fee for reserving the sight. Most sites had a parking area (either back-in or pull-through), picnic table, fire ring and a tent pad area. All gravel. Potable water is available during specific time (Late Spring to Late Fall). Lot's of flora and fauna. Was a nice break from the previous few days of 4-wheeling. We camped at Target Tree Campground - USFS in a Travel Trailer.

Archview RV Resort & Campground, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed her before over a decade ago and the place was a dive. Heard new management took over so I decided to give it a try. BIG DIFFERENCE!! Lot's of money went into improving this. It even looks like they added more cabins too. This RV park is in a great position for Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. If like going off the beaten path with your 4x4 or ATV, this is also a good "base camp" to hit the trails. We camped at Archview RV Resort & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Brush Memorial Park Campground, Brush, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed at the campground Saturday June 3rd. We arrived at 9pm and there were a couple spots open. We only needed 30A AC for A/C, so we were set. Couple tent spots and a few RV spots with 50A service also available. Price was right since we were only staying the night (FREE). Area is dirt and gravel on a big loop. When on I-76, take the 90A or 90B exit (depends on direction) and head south on 71. Go straight down until you have to turn right (there are RV blue signs). Turn left to go south again. You will go over the railroad tracks. On the return home, we tried to stay again, but a lot of single vehicles parking in the RV spots. Will be contacting the city on need to enforce the number of vehicles per RV rule. Not much to do.... there is a bar and bakery within walking distance. A short drive to Drovers Restaurant for breakfast. We camped at Brush Memorial Park Campground in a Travel Trailer.
