Pippy Park Campgrounds and Trailer Park, St John's, Newfoundland

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

There are no bathroom facilities in the 50amp area, you have to walk about 10 min. There is no shade but you have a wide grass and gravel area. The other areas (30amp) are all well shaded in the trees Security makes its around several time a day and staff are accommodating. Very close to both the downtown and highway. We camped at Pippy Park Campgrounds and Trailer Park in a Travel Trailer.

Harold W. Duffett Shriners RV Park, Eastport, Newfoundland

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Facilities are located in the center of the park. They have a children's play ground, outdoor shuffle board, meeting and fitness room, along with live music performed by campers.

This is a very clean and well maintained, mainly an adult camp. There's a surcharge if a credit card is used for payment. We camped at Harold W. Duffett Shriners RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Only a small town with a grocery store nearby, close to Terra Nova Park, a beautiful sandy beach 10 mins. by vehicle, not within walking distance.

Tips for other Campers:

Only 10 minutes from Stephenville and all the major amnesties, from the main entrance you have a 5 min. walk down a road to the pebbled coastline.
