Salt Lake City KOA, Salt Lake City, Utah

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $64.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for three nights. It was a great campground. Clean. Employees friendly. Always driving around on golfcarts checking things out and giving kids suckers. One day we were headed out and the employee asked where we were going. We told her to get our daughters wedding dress. The next day she remembered that and asked us how it went. The pool was clean and nicely appointed. There's a hot tub too. Ample laundry facility. Sites are wooded a bit. Not all right on top of each other. If you need to go downtown sight seeing, there's a UTA tram stop right in front of the campground. It's definitely an urban camp. But once you are inside, it feels rural. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well appointed. Camp store wasn't awesome. It was ok. Needed more milk and eggs. But the bread they sold...was...AMAZING! It tasted homemade. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at the salt lake KOA in a motor home. We camped at Salt Lake City KOA in a Motorhome.

Lafayette Park Campground, Gothenburg, Nebraska

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Loved this small campground. It's very quiet. The proprietor and his wife were friendly and helpful. You can tell they work hard to keep it clean and kept up. Bathrooms are rustic yet clean. Everything worked. There's a changing area and two showers. There's free firewood and fire pits at each site. Sites are gravel and some grass. There's a old playground that my kids loved. There's a lake nearby and walking trail. The best part is it only cost $15! I would stay here again. We stayed at Layfayette Park Campground in a motor home. Eugene T Mahoney State Park, Ashland, Nebraska

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived late and someone was in our space. Space was paved. Mostly level. Private and very wooded. We could hear the interstate from our lot. We had to leave early in the morning so we didn't get to take advantage of the activities the park offered. Looked like lots of fun. We camped at Eugene T Mahoney State Park in a Motorhome.

Nauvoo State Park, Nauvoo, Illinois

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Our space was uneven but nice and wooded and quiet. We had neighbors but not very close by. Able to put our chairs out and have lots of room. Pit toilet was yuck and not lit at all. Scary for the little ones. We had a 30 amp plug. Water and sewer were very accessible. I would definitely visit this camp ground again. We camped at Nauvoo State Park in a Motorhome.
