The rate is based on a monthly stay. We have been here for 2 months and have enjoyed the convenience of the park. The staff has been attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Sites have grassy area, 2 parking spaces for boat or second vehicle, and large dog walk around the edges of the park. You can walk to the marinas and restaurants and there is a large city park across the street. Be warned there is no cable but our Dish TV and Verizon WI-FI work very well with no interruption in service. The park has activities every night in the clubhouse, and they are well attended. The clubhouse, showers, and pool area are clean and well kept. Most people who stay in the park are returning Winter Texans which makes for a friendly atmosphere. The park is dog friendly and everyone seems to abide by the "scoop the waste" rules. We are returning for the fishing tournaments in the spring and plan to spend next winter at the park. We have stayed on the island several times and this is by far the place we have enjoyed the most.

This is a wonderful park. I know it is in edgy part of town, but not once was I concerned. I walked across the street several nights to the great Mexican food restaurant. I felt perfectly safe when I took my dogs out, usually after 10:00 p.m., for the last walk of the evening. We had a large, pull through site with plenty of room. I spent time at the nice clean pool and work-out facility. We rode the bus to the River Walk 3 times and it was very easy with no transfers. Wal-Mart and HEB were close and we found the best ER vet office at Crossroads and 410. There is an 8-mile bike path behind the park which runs along the San Antonio river and through a city park, which was great for bike riding or walking the dogs. We had a very positive experience and will come back in the winter month to spent several weeks.

I noticed the web-site does not advertise the cost of staying at the park. I requested a reservation by email and was never contacted. I made contact by phone but the dates were wrong. When we arrived a site was available, but it was smaller than what we had been told. We asked for assistance helping us back in due to the narrow road, narrow sites and trees and were told the park did not provide that service. We had to ask two neighbors to move their vehicles so we could get into our site. The sites were so narrow when a trailer parked next to us we had to step over their sewer hose. There are very friendly people staying at the park. Our neighbors provided us with more assistance and information than the staff, but hey, that is the great thing about camping! When you walk the dogs you will need a pair of gloves with you to remove all hte stickers they get from the Dog walk. We may research otehr parks in the area for our next trip. Other people may like the park but for this price I expect more.

Friendly staff only complaints was no one to assist to site when we requested. Stayed in site next to interior pool and bathhouse, but it was easy to walk to water to fish, watch boats, and relax in swings overlooking water. Great restaurant on site. Plenty of room to walk dogs, bike, or take nice stroll in the evenings. Our site was large and easy to get into with all the amenities we could need. Hilton Head was 5 min drive to nice restaurants and shopping. Liked it so much made reservations for next year.

Stayed here on overnight stay while on the way to Hilton Head. Small, cramped sites with tight turns to get in and out. Full of long-term residents with junky sites. Only reason I felt safe outside after dark was because I had two large dogs with me. I would not stay here with children. Unfortunately if you are looking for an overnight stop in this neck of the woods this park is all that is available. I suggest parking, locking up, getting some sleep, and then getting out as fast as possible. Price reflects Good Sam discount.

Beautiful views, easy in and out, pet friendly, wonderful staff, close to restaurants, shopping, great amenities, and they seem to have a knack for keeping families with children and those without in different areas of the park. Loved it would stay again.

What a great place to stay. Beautiful surrounds with a nighttime sky not to be believed. The staff at the park was great. Our thermostat on the A/C broke and we call the manufacturer and had it delivered to the park. The staff delivered it to us and offered to help install. We travel with four (yes four) large well-behaved dogs and they were welcome with plenty of room to walk and play. The only thing I don't like is it is too far from home to visit every weekend.

Great park with wonderful amenities. Small site but plenty of space to walk dogs and ride bicycle. Nice indoor pool with small store, pool table, gym, library, and excellent laundry. The staff and guest are very friendly and we did not feel like we were intruding by camping in someone's backyard. Close to all Rockport and Fulton beaches and restaurants. We were going to stay a week and ended up staying 3 months only reason we left was our space was reserved for "Winter Texans". Best RV park in Rockport Fulton area in our opinion

The park is beautiful with large site and good beach access. Not pet friendly, which is big issue for us. The staff made the experience of staying in the park totally unpleasant. We felt unwelcome and like intruders. Too far to dumpters, swimming pool, laundry, a smiling face. We have stayed here from the first day the park opened, but will not return due to change in pet policies and condescending attitude of owner, park staff. For the money Rockport is a much better way to spend hard earned money. Will stay in Rockport and drive to beach and restaurant in Port A.

The on-site manager Ben was extremely helpful and friendly. The park was clean, safe, and friendly. This was our first trip and adventure parking with our new 5th wheel, and we found it very easy and Ben assisted us with unhitching. We had no difficulty finding the park, and it is close to water, grocery, and water. We originally chose this park because it was a pet friendly place to stay, but now we will return because of the park and staff.
